Went in as a referral from our chiro in Lynnwood, because the 3^rd party insurance wasn’t paying our PIP. Had to get an attny bc the hubby and i were rear-​ended after moving to WA after a month. Making the appmnt was easy, the law office is in a nice business plaza, there is plentiful parking so you don’t have to worry about fighting for a spot. The wait/​walk in is pretty plain, but sterile and straight forward. From seeing two different clients come out of his office, it seemed like he knew them both well, and was very courteous to us when he saw that we were waiting. Front desk asked us if we wanted anything to drink, twice, which is nice. Mr. Walsh took a few mins to get to know my husband and I, and made sure to note our expectations of him. I’ll update this once our claim gets going.
