The best tacos I know so far in Los Angeles. BEWARE OF THE HABANERO SAUCE. Steamed tortillas the caveza tacos are very tasty. I recomend a flan afterwards to soothen the spicy. Definitely come back here.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The meat was not cooked right, which gave me a horrible stomach infection. I was on bed rest for a week! I had to take several antibiotics as the infection was too strong and didn’t want to go away. I am also now lactose intolerant. :’(I regret ever coming here.

The menu is simple & the food is delicious. If a line outside the door doesn’t prove that, I don’t know what will. The place itself is very small and has limited seating. Beware the habanero sauce is VERY spicy. Each taco only needs a drop of sauce. Highly recommend ! I will definitely be coming back again.

I love this place! Their tacos, salsa and service is great! I just wish it was a little bigger and had parking available. Even though they work fast and people are in and out, it feels like you have to rush when you’re eating there.

You want some good tacos? Come to this place. Only meat that was subpar was the asada, but everything else is amazing. Delicious tacos, and the service is quick. Great for lunch.

This was one of the first places in my area featuring tacos al vapor. The meat tastes as if it is chargrilled first then steamed and softened. Tortillas regular small corn tortillas.
I used to love this place but now they don’t chop the meat like they used to; I feel that it’s sloppy now. Now the meat is chopped into larger chunks. especially when they are busy; for example, on Friday nights. Aside from that, I will patronize this place on occasion.

I’m Mexican so I love me some tacos! This place has steamed tacos a little different from the usual but they are bomb… And that avanero hot sauce this place has become the spot.

If you haven’t tried these tacos yet well you better try them soon!!! I live in OC and drive about 30mins just for these tacos! That’s how good they are.
I usually get tacos de cachete (cheek), asada and/​or lengua (tongue). My girl gets the cabeza (beef head) and labio, she says they pretty good but I haven’t tried them yet. The tortillas are very soft and the taco meat is so soft and hot. Me personally I think they put more meat on their tacos then any other taco place I been to.
They have pepinos, ravanos, green and orange salsa. The green salsa is mild but the orange one OMG it’s very good but super mega hot. It’s nothing but habanero peppers even the color of it is a neon orange lol. Just in case, they have a warning sign next to it.
Only down side is that there’s not that much room inside. So if you go when it’s packed there’s a good chance there won’t be any seats available. It gets crowded, noisy and hot since it’s packed. The horchata here is very good I’m picky when it comes to drinking horchata.
Very quickly, if you decide to put the habanero sauce in your tacos make sure you get some pepinos on the side to cool down the hotness. You will need it.

It is not the best taco I have ever had in LA. The quality of the meat is good. It is a good place to stop by eat a taco. The food is good. I only tried the carne asada. The service was friendly and quick.

Como empezar esta crítica! Bueno empiezo diciendo que No siempre era así. Cuando recién empezaron eran mas o menos decentes. Y el servicio pues siempre a sido el mismo (horripilante) la mujer que tienen de cajera es una mujer sin respeto y cero experiencia en servicio al cliente. Bueno ya empezare en lo de la comida. Lo haré en escala de 1 al 5 cinco siendo la evaluación mas alta. Tacos al vapor: Asada. 3

Lo que me hizo dar un gran disgusto fue que compramos tacos de lengua y cuando llegamos a la casa y tratamos de comer a la primer mordida era un pedazo enorme cebo (gordo). Que asco!!!
Para terminar realmente no les recomiendo este lugar feo horrible. Hagan se un favor y no tengan un disgusto con este lugar. En verdad si quieren unos buenos tacos al vapor vallan a tacos el negro. Ya que no queda muy lejos de ahí.

Small place, terrible parking, but the tacos are good. It does get crowed but they are fairly quick. The salsa is good the habanero is good but it is super spicy. The price is good when it first open it used to be a dollar without tax but that was a while ago. You get filled up with less than $ 5. They do have deserts they are ok nothing special. It is cash only!

My girlfriend loves tacos and every once in a while after drinking and going out it always and still hits the spot. They have another location in Lakewood Blvd. And I can hardly notice the difference. Pricing is a little above the normal street taco but it’s worth the money. They’re good, full of flavor and don’t get me started on salsas. Everything is good

I have to admit best tacos in town!!! The prices are reasonable and best of all they get you your order instantly (usually I take mines to go so as soon as I finished paying they give my order). Heads up the red salsa is a bit spicy but pretty tasty.

As far as Tacos go I must say this place always hits the spot. Tasty and filling! The salsa is delicious and spicy enough to have you wanting more b

These tacos I can’t live without! Caveza tacos are the best I’ve eve hadr. Place in kinda small and gets really crowded on weekends but it’s worth the wait.

Tacos are amazing. Not greasy like other places. You can’t go wrong for $ 1.19 each. A meal for two for about $ 10. Nice little gem. Make sure you have cash though, no credit cards.
