My sister and I decided to meet for a mani/​pedi and some girl time and chose the Nail Lounge based on the online reviews. I’m pleased to say that we weren’t disappointed. The staff were approachable, friendly, and professional. As we walked out, we both agreed that if these manicures held up well, we have «our» salon and would do this regularly. Not only did they hold up well, this was by far the best no-​chip manicure I’ve ever had. We definitely found «our» place and are going back tonight!

Holy wow! My new favorite nail salon. The staff are amazingly helpful and kind, Sarah did my no-​chip manicure and pedicure and she was gentle, efficient and asked me a lot of questions about my preferences. Not to mention she was super easy to talk to and sweet!
The staff spoke more to their clients than each other, and I don’t know about you but I like feeling like I can socialize with people while I’m relaxing opposed to feeling ignored !
The salon was very clean and organized and they had a wonderful color selection, the prices are very reasonable as well.
If you’re unsure just go, it’s worth it!

I went in yesterday to have my eyebrows done and get a pedicure. The guy that did my eyebrows was very gentle and took his time. I’ve had a horrible experience at another location close by I wont say which one. That lady just about ripped my skin off and I was red for 2 weeks 2 whole stinking weeks. So It was nice to have the exact opposite experience. The lady that did my Pedicure did a wonderful job as well. It’s nice and clean. The people that work there seem very friendly. So I recommend trying this place out. I will be going back!

I was in town for a softball tournament (in the rain). Figured since my toes were wet and cold, I’d kill time between games. Glad I found this place. It was nearby and they were able to accommodate me as a walk-​in on a Friday afternoon.

Favorite nail salon in the area. If they can’t take you in a reasonable amount of time they do not tell you 5 minutes and make you wait a half hour. They’ll let you know when they can take you.
Great no chip selection. Reasonable prices

The owner is not nice! Yowzers! I don’t know what the experience is like because he was rude at the counter and thus we decided on our 30 min wait in the parking lot we would just go elsewhere. Maybe he was having a bad day or is just in a constant crank?

I live in Beloit, and was in town for some shopping. My feet got wet and cold during the day from all the snow and improper footwear! I decided to stop in and try this place. What a great idea that was! I was impressed from walking in the door. Everything was clean and the people friendly. They have 8 pedicure chairs and sat me immediately. I also didn’t have to wait soaking at all. My nail tech began right away. The basic pedicure included nail shaping callus removal a great massage with oil, then hot towels and lotion. Finally, a beautiful polish application. I will be back. Plus, the massage chairs were HEAVEN!!!

I love this place! I live in Roscoe and used to drive all the way to State St every time I needed my nails done. Now they are in Machesney Park and I could not be happier! I would not go anywhere else in the 173 corridor. Thinh is absolutely the best nail person hands down. Pun intended! Always accommodating. Service is fast, friendly and reasonably priced. But most importantly, he learned what worked best on my nails and my no chip manicures last and last now!!! I cannot say enough about the Nail Lounge. So happy they have found a home on 173.

I highly recommend checking this place out! I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails and lifting has always been an issue for me, but since I have been going (ask for Tom) my nails do not lift-​and they look great. I always get compliments on them. The shop itself is very clean and very nicely decorated, but most importantly, the staff is exceptional! I have been other places where you KNOW they are totally talking about you between themselves. I have been going since they opened (4 mos. or so), and I have never felt that way ever! They all have a wonderful sense of humor and are very upbeat. If you are in need of a pick me up, go pamper yourself, you won’t regret it.
