My family and I have gone to this location for years. Katie is our stylist and has never let us down. She goes out of her way to provide superior customer service. I love bold colors and new cuts and Katie is so talented that I can bring her a picture or just discuss an idea and she makes it a reality. Even though we have since moved an hour away, we continue to bring our business to this location. They truly care and make you feel welcome and are so talented. The workers really make the place worthwhile. Katie, Rosa, and Cathy work very hard and are what make us pass several other hair salons on our hour drive there to keep coming back to them.

Walked into the salon today to get my son a hair cut and the time was 3:55p. The lady in the salon said «We are closed and we are open tomorrow from 9−5p». I said «Well thank you but that doesn’t help me». So I called the salon «So if a customer walks into your shop at 5 minutes to close do you tell them sorry we are closed?» The employee stated «I’m sorry but our chairs were full (which they weren’t someone was paying there was another employee cleaning up her stuff) so we couldn’t take another cut.» So stated «Well then your hours are till 4p if it is convenient enough for you to get out of work at 4p, right! Thanks for such good customer service. I won’t be giving you my service any longer. That doesn’t sound like a very profitable business if you work and turn customers away when it’s convenient for you! Way to go Borics you have some good employees. If I could leave less than one star I would.
