Very pleased with the service and expertise! Mike — the owner, came out to my place and diagnosed my issue in a short period of time. He checked my furnace and AC refrigerant, installed new T-​stat this afternoon. Friendly guy that knows the business and is a true professional. Would recommend Charest to anyone.

Called them to fix another companies blunders — Josh came out and diagnosed the problem right away. Showed us exactly what was wrong and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. They ordered the part, came out and installed it today in less than a half hour — Great Prices, Neat, Clean and Knowledgeble! We would certainly call them again for all of our Heating and Cooling Needs!!!

Fantastic! Called in the morning after our furnace stopped working overnight. Someone came out quickly, fixed the problem, and carefully explained what the issue was. Very friendly and even recommended checking the batteries in the thermostat to make sure we wouldn’t pay for an unnecessary appointment. Fair price and friendly service!

I have used them for both my home in Ferndale and the rental home in Detroit. They have installed a tankless water heater and a new AC unit. Once I had to use them for an emergency: no heat. They came right away. I don’t feel like I’m getting screwed and they have always been very professional. Mike likes to talk a lot and he’s pretty funny.
