The explanation I was given by the sales associate was very thorough and easy to understand. The water filter equipment and plumbing was installed in a timely manner and without a problem. Although 1 week later I realized there was water leaking under my sink. I called to ask if someone could come take a look at the problem. I was encountered with a rude, and short-spoken employee. His tone of voice made me feel like he though I was quick to call the company without making sure the problem came from their equipment. After I double-checked to make sure where the water was dripping from, I explained it to the employee, but he continued to lecture me and questioned the information I was giving him. Very poor customer service(if any). It’s too bad I found out after financing thousands of dollars with this company. It almost feels as if they don’t care about the customer since we already signed the contract. I am happy with the equipment but am very dissatisfied with the customer service.
