The drive thru is always super fast but the employees could use better customer service

I never thought I would be reviewing a fast food restaurant, but I had such a great experience this time that I just had to.
I used the drive thru and was assisted by Eduardo. This kid has one of the best customer services I’ve had in a long time. He was very nice, courteous and attentive. Very great job to you Eduardo! I really hope you get recognized for what you do!

We just ordered 3 items, platter, tacos and fries with coffee but came out without fries (she said sorry) then we found out without bacon in our platter a few minutes later, I asked for it then she came out and looked at our receipt and saying that only comes with sausage, I told her that there is no sausage either (sorry again) then gave us a few bacon that looked like over cooked or left over bacon. Yet, rest room is so nasty too. I won’t go there again even though if they’re giving away free stuffs

I’ve said this before & I’ll say it again IT NEVER FAILS this Jack in the box ALWAYS gets your order wrong & you end up missing something maybe that’s why they always have new employees who are I guess less capable of reading a damn order screen! I’m so annoyed I’m going to e-​mail & call corporate!!! *ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!*

wow I have never had food as bad as this was. I’m not at all happy about spending my money on bad food the. TV commercials make the food look so good but when you come in to get something to eat the food is just horrible. Thank you jack in the box.

Haven’t been here for a while. Now I remember why. Fast service yes, but if the food is twice cooked or old, that doesn’t count. We ordered something as simple as the tacos… 2 for 99¢. Half of them were fresh and the other half old and probably re-​dipped in the oil to appear fresh. I say this because the cheese wasn’t even melted on them and the shell/​tortilla was stale. Won’t be coming back any time soon. The one star represents the fact that I couldn’t leave no stars.

This review is based solely on the drive-​thru because I can honestly say I’ve never actually been inside the restaurant. My friends like jack in the box so I’ll come here once in awhile to order food for them and I have to tell you… every freaking time… I swear it’s gonna be the last time I go there. The employees who work the drive-​thru window are so impossibly rude you can’t even imagine.
When I went there last night the lady snatched my card out of my hand… then she swiped it and basically threw it back at me. When I asked her for a drink holed she acted like I made some weird off the wall request and got super huffy. Then she shook my bags of food at me while I was trying to find a safe place to set my two drinks down. (I was by myself and I didn’t want them to spill in my car). Then when I asked her if that was everything… she shut the window in my face. Wtf?
I understand that you guys are busy and that you have to deal with so many shenanigans but you should take a lesson from the jack in the box on Herndon close to the 99 in fresno. Everytime i go there the employees make me smile and want to go back. It’s to the point where I would almost rather drive to fresno for jack in the box than have to deal with the employees in madera.

Workers here are rude I ordered a jacks spicy chicken and went I got got to the window and asked if I can please make it a meal since the sandwich it’s self was almost 5.00 and she didn’t even say anything to me she just shut the window. And when she gave me the food we asked for more hot sauce and I said «thank you» she didn’t bother to say you’re Welcome or no problem nothing so while she was closing the window I said of Jeeze you’re welcome have a nice day. People need to learn customer service and I believe she was a manager.

Yea, it’s a Jack In The Box, just like any other. Nothing really special about it. Only problem I have with this place is when I ask for a burger, they don’t even place the meat on my bun. Half the meat is off the bun and the other half is in. I’m going to give it 3 stars just because the tacos are good. Also, when you’re hungry late at night or are just too lazy to cook on a holiday, count on this place to be open.

Maybe I’m just not a fan of paying 10 dollars for half a pound of bad food.
My scout troop goes here every year on the way to our camp in the Sierras. I always tell them to go to Burger King…
The 1 dollar tacos are the size of your hand… and as thin as it as well.
The burgers are about a centimeter thick. and that’s just buns.
Avoid here! Go to the Long John Silver’s or the BK.

it’s a j’n’the’b. clean and modern enough.
right off the 99, easy to get to, bathrooms right off the side door so no need to feel awk about running in just to use them.
