You Scream I Scream Ice Cream

This ice cream place used to be Big Al’s, but is now under a new owner. I do think it looks very clean on the outside of the property. The windows are very very clean; nevertheless, this owner has a picture of a Banana Split listed for something like $ 3.69 for a medium, so why did I pay $ 5.42 ?
Let me tell you… On the window of the ice cream shop, there is a picture of a Banana Split. Also on top of the picture are three prices for small, medium and large. So I ask the young lady taking my order if the banana split comes with all three of those ice creams (Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate) she said yes. Then a lady (I will guess the owner) came to the window and said no it doesn’t, it only comes with soft serve. I said the pictures reflects different and your counter girl just said it did. The lady (probably the owner says) you would have to pay extra for the hard ice cream of (Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate). Really???
Just a free tip to the owner: If you have pictures of ice cream stuff, and your going to have the price right on your product, you probably want your product to be exactly how your making it… You should take a picture of your soft serve banana split, so the next person is not told the wrong information or is surprise when they get their order and did not get their, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate.
I will stick to «Shakers» ice cream and «Dairy Dan» in Hazel Park. I hope your snotty attitude and your .75 cents was worth losing customers.!! There are way to many other dairy queens in the area and I would pass on this one!
