I normally limit my reviews to retail companies, but I had to give a shout-out to my rental company, Allen House. Moved into one of their apartments as a subletter for about 6 months. They were cool about the whole subletting process, and also were willing to extend my lease by 2 months (instead of a year) when I realized that I’d have to stick around town a little longer than anticipated. Very prompt and friendly responding to maintenance issues, etc. Just hoping I won’t get burned when I actually move out, but everything so far indicates that it shouldn’t be a problem.
