I don’t know if you would like to wait an hour on your Saturday only to be cut in front of by someone who«just has a quick question,» but I sure didn’t enjoy it. I do understand being busy or understaffed, however, when you know people have been waiting as long as we did, you can at least check-in with them. I find it to be very poor customer service that we were not checked on, offered water or apologized to after waiting an hour to be helped. Luckily I was able to decide what I wanted thru Amazon reviews, comparing the phones myself and online comparisons. I guess when you have an hour there’s adequate time for all of that. My husband, who was hoping to buy my phone as a gift to me, finally asked if we just wanted to order online. We left after waiting an hour and were never helped or acknowledged after our original check-in. Very poor job.
