Came here for my sons 13^th birthday dinner with 9 people, took them literally 15 min to set two tables together with NO-​ONE in the restaurant already. Then another 15 to get our drinks. Our service was horrible, brought 1 loaf of bread fall 9 of us. Service though the entire visit was piss poor!

Waited hour and a half for food. When it got to us the loaded potatoes were all cold. My daughters gravy for her country fried steak was cold. My son’s steak was hot, but potatoe was also cold, but he was so hungry he ate his any way. I sent mine and my daughter’s meal back. Manager came back and said there was a 40 minute wait. I had waited so long already that I just said never mind. All that time wasted. And to leave still hungry made me sad. I just wish the manager would have tried to find us something that we could have ordered that would be quicker. We just had to sit there while everyone else ate. They did not even seem to care. Funny thing is, they we not even that busy.

Short Version: Good Steak. Good sides. Well priced on specials, but ‘premium’ steaks are a bit overpriced. Service was good, but not great. I think that for a mid-​range, chain steakhouse that this is a good stop if service doesn’t decline.
Long Version: I’ve been to two other locations of LongHorn Steakhouse and the service was always the weak spot. At OTHER LOCATIONS I’ve been three times and I’ve gotten the wrong food, raw steak, overcooked steak, and suffered bad service. My service tonight was good, but not great. I had to wait about 5 minutes for a table with the dining room only ¹⁄₃ full. I had to wait about 5 – 10 minutes to order a drink. The food was delivered promptly and my glass was refilled regularly.
I ordered the T-​Bone cooked medium rare with a buttered baked potato. The steak was good sized, well cooked, well seasoned with just a bit of excess fat. It was quite moist and tasty with a great charred/​grilled flavor. The baked potato was a good sized potato that was well cooked. I’m not sure what else to say about a potato.
For the value minded consumer they had a special «The Great American Steak Dinner» which included a 6oz. «Renegade Sirloin» with a salad, appetizer, and side for $ 12.99. i can appreciate a decent sirloin and due to the exceptional value (said without tasting it) I was tempted to order it.
Summary: The décor is nice, the bar looks good, and it is in a good location. I enjoyed my meal and the dining experience with the exception of two very minor delays on a table and service. I would definitely be willing to return.

Working outside to inside. The parking lot is spacious, but appears neglected with lots of castoff trash. We were greeted immediately upon entering and despite a nearly empty restaurant were told that it would be a 10 minute wait. After being sat, it was apparent that the restaurant was understaffed (if not number then in attitude) and the existing staff did not feel obligated to completely bus the dirty tables or clean the dirty floors. I specifically watched as three separate employees stepped over a napkin and food from the previous table the entire time that I was there. After ordering drinks, some were brought promptly and others took almost 20 minutes. Ordering was straightforward otherwise. After some time, we were told that they had run out of corn on the cob. After a reasonable delay, the food was served hot. Unfortunately it took time for ketchup and a spoon for the soup to arrive. Overall the experience was marked by the lack of cleanliness to the facility which could be attractive and comfortable if tidied. We go out to eat to enjoy the atmosphere and the food. Two stars are because the food was good. For this visit, I can recommend the hamburger, spinach and artichoke dip, and chicken tortilla soup. There were times when the hostess and waitstaff were in the corner in conversation. That time would been better spent checking tables for refills, upselling desert, beer refills, or just cleaning up.

Excellent steak! 8 oz Smokey Bacon Sirlion, cooked well, was definitely worth the money. Texas Tonion appetizer was good too! Definitely worth a second visit.

Good atmosphere. Decent happy hour. Staff is attentive. Food generally tastes good. Although, this last time, out of my full order, the mixed green salad came with a long piece of plastic in it. On top of that, I requested a different side with my steak, and got both; what I wanted and what I did not want. Manager apologized and that was that. What is a patron to do… Thanks…
Come here but be very careful before you start eating your food, it looks like the kitchen isn’t particularly careful or interested about what’s going on onto customers plates.
Disappointed? Yes. Will I dine here again? Probably not.

Worse pick up service ever! Ordered online, put in time would like to pick up. Gave a 1 hour notice! Still had to wait 25 minutes after scheduled pick up time! And that was after having to try for 5 minutes to get bartender’s attention! Ridiculous! Don’t waste your time, like they did mine. The only redeeming quality was food wasn’t half bad. What a shame.

Great décor and good food. I got a 6oz. Sirloin and steamed broccoli. I asked for medium and got medium well, but it was still tender. Also got the happy hour bourbon and coke, which was really strong.
Terrible customer service. We werent greeted upon arrival, even though the hostess was there. They seated us, and it was only as we were leaving that I realized they had taken us through the restaurant only to be sat two tables away from the hostess! Our waitress visited our table maybe two or three times. If given the chance, I would come here again. Hopefully i will be lucky and get a good server.

Very nicely decorated with true western style. We had a great platter of appetizers! However, because the restaurant was still working out the kinks, my order came out messed up. I think that problem would resolve in time though along with the slow service. Great food though, I recommend the strip steak!

Delicious food! Our waitress was Kimberly and she did a great job and was very patient. I had the filet with lobster and it was perfect.
