LongHorn Steakhouse

Ate lunch there today. Lynch eas good but a bit pricey. Overall longhorns is my favorite steakhouse.

Came in when the place was only half full this Saturday around late lunch time. Fifteen minutes minutes later we still had no service and worse watched others who came in later than us be served. So we left and went to the Chili’s instead. The best decision we could’ve made.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. My wife had to clean the table with a wipe from her purse. We opened the menus and «stuff?» fell out.
The steaks were good. The veggies were excellent. The side salad was lettuce and croutons.
The service was very friendly and prompt.

Being as picky as I am Debbie exceeded my expectations. We did not wait to be greeted. Our appetizer was delivered at the same time as our drinks. Our cups stayed full, the food was delicious and correctly prepared as per our order. We left with full bellies. Great eats and service on our visit.

As far as madison goes this is at the top. Usually consistant, and when its not they have been quick to fix. Steaks are good cuts and usually about the right temp.

Service was excellent. Ribeye bone in steak with garlic and roasted tomatoes incredible. Highly recommend this restaurant

The food was good and the server was nice and attentive. We love the fried calamari and chocolate brownie dessert, yummy. I always get the loaded sweet potato with my steak, its a must whenever I go to a Longhorn. This one is a little older looking and smaller than the Brentwood location but still nice.

As far as chain restaurants go, this one has some decent vittles. Their assorted sandwiches on the lunch menu make for some good grub.

I work very close to this restaurant and for some reason (maybe location) we hardly ever go here. We went with a group of 12 for lunch a few days ago and although the food was great, the time it took to eat was way too long. It took us 1hour and. 35minutes which for a restaurant that is not really busy for lunch is too long. I have to say everything on their menu is really good especially the Parmesan chicken

Sexy Beast and I stopped at this location on our way back from Nashville. LongHorn Steakhouse is a chain so you know what you’ll be getting. Mostly.
Our steaks were cooked as we ordered them and served up fairly quickly. The steaks were decent quality and tasted just fine.
The service was quietly efficient until a large group of women with giant hair arrived and began to cackle and whoop like a bunch of freakish hens. Suddenly, we were invisible while being subjected to the ravings about the latest Mary Kay face cream and the rants about the discomfort of Spanx.
It took longer than it should have to get the check and get the flock out of there.

Too many so-​called steakhouses don’t live up to their names, but I love Longhorn’s steaks. They are always flavorful, tender, and cooked like I requested. And the service is always friendly and efficient.

I love Longhorn’s food — especially their steaks. When they do it right, it is hard to beat their steaks.
This particular location, however, does not know how to cook a steak. For the last 2 years, every time my uncle and I try to eat at this one, my steak is cooked wrong. I order medium rare, which should have a warm red center. It is often brought to me medium-​well or worse.
When I send it back, you would expect them to expedite the replacement. Instead, it takes them anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to bring it out. It does not take that long to cook a medium rare steak — not a ribeye or a filet mignon, which are the cuts I always choose.
No matter what I order or how I order it, this location always brings my food wrong. I don’t mind paying their prices for a steak — but only if the food is correct. By the time I finally get my meal, my uncle is finished with his dinner. If I wanted to eat alone, I’d stay at home.
I’ve submitted complaints to the corporate office and the internal management, who always seem sympathetic, but in several years they still haven’t been able to teach their kitchen staff how to cook steaks right. I don’t want a free meal — I want to pay for a meal done right the first time — at least on most occasions. Every company makes a mistake occasionally, but this store gets my order wrong every time.

My experience started off with an actress from the movie World War Z tying to be a waitress… She had no personality at all. We ordered steaks and my daughter chicken fingers… I like my steak well done but what I got was burned and dry steaks. The table was not clean and two of the glasses with a drink was dirty, Server just totally suck. By the way the chicken tenders was over cook too… WANT GO BACK…

Recently remodled the place looks and feels new. We always sit in the bar area to watch sports on TV. We are always well taken care of and today was no exception. Food is always «spot on» & consistant. When I want to get a decent steak at a reasonable price I go to Longhorn.

Any place that offers sweet potatoes is A-​OK in my book. The service was great and our server was very attentive. We ordered coffee after our meal and surprisingly the coffee was great too!

If you get the small Flo’s Filet, baked sweet potato and a salad, you will leave there happy. We have one in Hermitage, but we drive 20 or more minutes to this one because it’s better.

This place is currently remodeling so you have to look past the construction. I’m not much on reviewing a big chain place but this place always delivers. The steaks are always good and I love the sweet potatoes. It comes with wheat bread that’s good.
I do not like the chips and dip appetizer so stay away from that but do try the lobster dip cause it’s amazing!
Over all this is a good chain that always has good steaks and the beer is cold.
