Over the years, we have purchased a lot of our home furnishings from Steven’s design. It is a family run business and the staff are very friendly and excellent to work with. Brad and the team value repeat customers and reward you for that by offering great discounts and an annual thank you party as part of their Stickley Roadshow.
Their market is not for everyone and their furniture offerings are expensive. This is NOT what this review is about. Speaking only from a customer service perspective, they can’t be beat in Madison.
If you are in the market for high-​end quality furniture, you have to check out Steven’s design. You will not be disappointed with their staff or service.
