Hawk Pads Direct

I bought the best high performance street pads and rotors for my Chrysler town and Country so my family would have the best brakes possible. I had them installed by a top notch shop with new hardware and slider lubrication. The rotors immediately developed a severe hum while braking above 35 MPH also vibrating the front of the car. I complained to Hawks Pads Direct and they refused to do anything. They suggested it would «wear in» but in fact it has gotten worse over several months. I paid them $ 500 for brakes parts now I need to replace them. Don’t expect any warranty from these people regardless of what is in writing. They will kick you to the curb.
