Don’t do business here! I’ve never done business with this company or have received propane from them! But I had a collection agency call me twice now accusing me of owing over $ 380 for propane services at some house in Magalia. I live in Chico and have never lived in Magalia. This business gave my name and phone number to the collection agency. I called this business today and person on phone who did not give her name said they don’t keep very good records of customer info but would let her manager know. Make sure you get your facts straight before accusing someone!!!

I haven’t been a customer with Tri-Flame very long but so far I have been treated very poorly and I am very disappointed with their service. Their staff have been unfriendly, unprofessional, and even outright rude! I had a technician come out to replace a leaking regulator and ended up having my tank completely shut off for some unexplained reason. When I called in to see if someone could come out and get everything up and running again I was told I would be billed again for another service visit. I refused to pay for a second visit to fix the mistake they made on the first one and eventually they agreed to get everything turned back on free of charge. After the work was done and as the technician was walking away he tells me «This is the last freebie!» As if them coming out to fix their initial mistake was some gracious favor that was being done for me as a special exception. I don’t appreciate being treated like that. If this kind of service continues I will have to seek out another provider for my propane.

These guys show up on time, know what they’re doing, charge reasonable prices, and are easy to work with. A small, local business, not one of the corporate propane leviathans with abusive/tricky business practices.

The staff here are very unfriendly and outright rude. They have no desire to help out their clients even if they have been in good standing for several years. I have a family of 8 with 6 children and because oh health problems ran into some hard times this month. We found a program that is in the process of paying for our propane but tri-flame wont come out to fill even with the promise of payment from a reputable organization. This is by far one of the worst costumer service experiences I have had with any company.
