The service is amazing and super friendly! I come often with the kids I take care of and its a really kid-friendly place too. Love it here :)

Tonight was the best service I have received. Coffee refills were prompt and this time my check arrived as I was finishing my meal. I normally have to wait forever or go hunt them down so I can leave. So here I sit as I smoke and finish my coffee writing to the Unilocal world about the pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work Brandon!!!

Food was okay. Service was horrible! Waitress forgot about us for about and hour. Two other families were seated in the same section and were served their food about 20 min before our waitress came to tell us she forgot to put in our order. Food came about 15 min after we were informed and was bland(not all Denny’s are like this). There was only an apology given no type of compensation for any inconvenience. Won’t be going back

I’ve never given 5 stars to a Denny’s but after so many Woodland breakfast misses Denny’s in Magnolia is a winner. What what a concept, you go out for breakfast and someone else pours coffee refills for you? I’m not rustling around a restaurant getting my own food or coffee, I can sit back relax and have a wonderful cheap breakfast with super duper friendly service. Betty was our waitress and she was very attentive and our food was wonderful. The veggie omelet was delicious and my kids loved their pancakes. Mr. G enjoyed his platter with a buffet of breakfast delights… eggs, sausage, French Toast… mmmm All good and we plan on coming back:)

Smoking is still allowed in this restaurant. The smell of it hits you in the face as you walk in the door. That’s the last thing I want. Come out of a restaurant smelling like I’ve been in a bar. No thanks. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes and eat in a clean environment.

Denny’s pumpkin pancakes are better than Ihops. Who’d a thunk it? I love me some pumpkin pancakes and don’t know why they aren’t offered 12 months out of the year. They really are my only pumpkin vice this time of year. On our way back from the RenFest we were hungry. Not knowing any of the Mom and Pop places along 1488 we opted for breakfast for dinner at Denny’s. As Denny’s go this one was very clean. No dirty tables or food on the floor. Service was very pleasant and attentive. The place was not very busy at 7 on a Sunday evening. But even if it had been there were three wait staff on the clock. Food was your basic Denny’s. It’s hard to mess up breakfast and this place did not. My pumpkin pancake breakfast combo was just $ 6.99. Two eggs, tasty hashbrowns, a couple slices of bacon(not overcooked!) and two huge pumpkin pancakes with pumpkin whipped cream. Yum and what a deal! Sure I’d stop here again on the way home from RenFest. In fact it may become a new tradition for me on this annual road trip.

Okay, the food here is good,(especially the $ 4 All You Can Eat Pancakes) but one of the waitresses that works late night there is a b**tch.

Workers smoking inside. Only people there and food still took too long. Greasy. No refills.

My family and I have eaten here for breakfast for the last three years at least once or twice a week. We have never had a bad breakfast and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Particularly, waiter Kevin and manager on duty/waitress Pam. Those two could teach a 5-star, high-class primo restaurant a thing or two, or six, about customer service. They are fast, efficient, all the while making friendly conversation and the kids smile. All the staff has been friendly, but those two in particular, are a major asset to the Denny’s corporation.

Okay since my very initial and first review of this place {literally} it’s become my go-to place for breakfast. Family is now VERY friendly with the whole staff and the managers and General Managers Penny and Joe. {as in I can shout across the place at them and they shout back and we all ignore the looks from other diners :) } They have turned this place over and around and have it running beautifully. I happily admit to hitting this place for breakfast 1 – 4 times a week.
