Ordered pizza online to take advantage of the online deal. When the pizza was delivered, the discount was not applied. We challenged the delivery guy and he called the manager of the store. The manager said that there was nothing he could do because the register had already rung up the higher price. vERY poor customer service. Bait and switch methods and the pizza wasn’t that good. The price was over $ 40 for 2 medium pizzas. I’ll NEVER order from Pizza Hut again

We ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza from Honey Egypt PIZZAHUT281−259−5500 THEPIZZAWERECEIVED last night was not what we ordered last. Next day we took uneaten pizza back to location purchased and was laughed at and told that it was a pepperoni lovers. I disagreed and showed manager there was only one layer of pepperoni, not two. As described online. Today when I returned the pizza the manager CJ was argumentative about the pizza being a Pepperoni Lovers, I proceeded to pull off top layer of meat and asked him to show me where the other layer of meat was. There was NONE. All the time two young employees where snickering and laughing at the situation. I took a slice of the pizza from the box and the money on counter back and I left. The manager then runs outside to me and tried to grab the money out of my hand I thought he was going to attach me. He then backs off and asked me for my signature and phone number, I did as asked and told him you have all my information in the computer and I left. I JUSTWANTEDTOLEAVE, I WASSHOCKEDHOW I WASTREATEDBY A BUNCHOFWETBEHINETHEEARKIDSWITHNOCUSTOMERSERVICE. The manager CJ was rude, confrontational and completely outline towards a customer of several years. Someone needs to look into who is running this location. I know I will not be back until a new staff takes over(which I witnessed is common at this location) The sad thing is I have been a customer ever since that location has opened. I ordered a pizza for my family at 6 pm. As of 8 pm, it’s still not here. I’ve called multiple times and was repeatedly told the pizza was on it’s way. I finally called and asked to speak to the manager who was professional about the situation. He called the driver who said he was lost. Apparently the driver is supposed to call in or call the customer if lost, but did not. I really don’t mind one time, but this is the second time and thus the reason for my review. Disappointed because we do like Pizza Hut pizza. I’m not sure what can be done, but hope the owner/GM will take a hard look at this and what looks like other less than stellar reviews on this site. Thankfully, the manager finally did agree to credit my account back for the full amount. He did offer for us to keep the pizza of/when the guy showed up. He still hasn’t so went for another option. Didn’t think Tuesday was such a busy night or would be challenging. Sadly, this my last order from there.

As a follow-up(6⁄27): I can state the GM for PizzaHut, TJ, has taken corrective action and has done the best he can possibly do in this type of extremely odd, and hopefully infrequent, incident. I think it’s a situation where us, the customer, and PizzaHut as the company has no real experience. Who delivers food, urinates in the customer’s yard, and moves on. To coin a phrase from a song: «It’s a very, very mad world.» ______________________________________________________________________ PLEASEREAD! We ordered pizza and boneless wings for delivery last night(6⁄25). Shortly after the pizza was delivered our next door neighbor came over and informed us the delivery girl had urinated between our two a/c units on the side of our house. YES. THATISRIGHT… I said she urinated on the side of our house. We are completely grossed out because we each had taken a bite of pizza and eaten a couple of wings before our neighbor came over. Did this freak piss on the side of our house before or after she brought our food to us?! Makes one’s skin crawl. We have struggled as to what to do and probably should have called the authorities or someone. But then we thought maybe the girl was in some sort of an emergency, we’ve all been in urgent type situations, and decided to think about it further. All night long we just couldn’t shake the gross feeling about it. We contacted the management(or someone claiming to be management) at the restaurant today, TJ Bartek(??). He told my wife his blood was boiling and would promptly get back to us. At this moment he’s not seen it as an important issue and we’ve heard nothing. So, we will see where we get with PizzaHut corporate and the health department. Clearly we want nothing to do with this establishment. I don’t think there’s anything they can do to make things right — maybe credit my Amex card $ 30.04 and pick-up the napkin she wiped herself with. This is just the oddest experience ever. And of course who knows what we will get if we ever order again. It’s important to know this story — gross and unsettling as it is. There, apparently, is no shortage of filthy, disgusting people! Went back to speak with manager on duty about my ‘pizza salad’ the next day after work as I was waaaay too tired to drive back & deal with it that night and he clarified that the pizza is indeed made with fresh spinach. I said, «well, I hope ALL the ingredients are fresh… don’t you mean raw spinach?» As a manager of customer service it seems like the least he could have done would be to offer an apology for the misunderstanding… perhaps replace it…(although, as my kids love cold pizza, they knocked the leaves off and dug in) but, no, nothing. Just a blank stare. Thanks Pizza Hut. Next time I want cheap pizza, I’ll go back to Little Caesars across the street. They haven’t disappointed yet!

The service seems to be getting worse. After an hour and 20 minutes we called to check on our pizza. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes they came back on to say give them a couple minutes to call the driver. Then they came back on to say our order seems to have«disappeared». The manager did offer to give us a $ 20 credit on our next order if we want to cancel this one. We do. About 10 minutes after this the driver shows up. We tell him we cancelled the order. He took the pizza and left. This is not the first time for these issues. I have offered directions, advised them to use google maps etc as it is a new subdivision but it seems like they just fail to listen.

I had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut and the young people that work here were extremely rude. Is this the way the manager trains his employees? The buffet is small and you eat a couple of pizza slices and wait 30 minutes for more food to appear on the buffet. Yep, the customer’s leave just like Pizza Hut wants them too. I would give this place no stars if that were an option. This place needs a reality check! I do not recommend.

Our family visits this Pizza Hut at least twice a month. The«cheesy» breadsticks are always tasty as well as a great budget extender. The average age of the service team is a bit younger than other places, but they are always polite and quick. Pizza Hut pizza is always meant to be eaten at the Hut! It’s hot, tasty, and quick to the table. They regularly have a $ 10 any large pizza. Toss in a great lunch special and this location is tops!

40 minute wait for 14 wings in drive through!!! You pay first, then they tell you to pull around and return in 15 minutes. Come back in 15 minutes to be told they are really busy and it will be another 15 – 20 minutes. Go to Popeyes and get your food right away!!! The worst wings I have ever had.

Nice enough for a sit down option for pizza hut. Quick notes: Food was all good. Was impressed with our pizza. They shorted one of my buds one of his wings. Order 6 wings, get 5… What’s up with that? He did call them on it though and they made him another fresh order and gave us a 5 dollar off next meal coupon. So well handled. The servers seemed rather blah and unenthused. I’m not a fan of teeny boppers with no personality serving me. Put them in the back and have them cook, or have them liven up a bit. So yeah, too far from me to go regularly, but don’t have a problem with it if I’m in the area!

I cannot believe I am saying this… Pizza Hut just became on of my favorite Magnolia go-to spots. Every night of the week they have a special– we made it for wing night– buy one, get one free. We got the medium hot wings and the honey bbq wings. The were hot and good! We also ordered a pizza and a couple of beers. I do wish they had a better on-tap selection. All I am saying is a Pyramid Hef, Blue Moon, Mac-n-Jacks… would go a long way. Teenagers. The place was full of them and they were the ones running the show, however, our server was very polite and prompt. Plus it was totally entertaining to watch a kid in a zip hoodie(unzipped), no shirt, jeans with one leg cut off, skater sneaks, and a beanie come waltzing in with his crew. Wow. They also run a $ 3.99 lunch buffet special! Yep. $ 4 buffet!

Tonight was our monthly family Date Night. We made it a point to go to Pizza Hut. Love the $ 5 med pizza deal. We ordered 2 pizza’s the server said we could get a large for $ 1 more. We thought what a great deal, so we upgraded both of the pizzas. When we got the bill she had charged us $ 10 each. We told her that that was wrong and she said oh wow you misunderstood. Well both my husband and myself heard her say it. We clarified it a few times too. We didn’t want to argue with her but the more I thought about it, I really got upset. I feel like she tricked us. I was not going to complain, but I would hate to see another family go through the same thing. We love Pizza Hut and I think it will be awhile before we return to this location. I will also question everything just a little bit more when we order from now on. I felt like she really didn’t want to help us with the bill. I wanted to make other families aware that you need to really question what you order and the pricing. I’m really fuming right now. The rating I am giving is on the server that didn’t know how to help. The food was delicious, as always.
