Had my mother’s chair for 3 ½ months, never finished the chair. Gave excuse after excuse after excuse. Picked up the chair with the cushion and skirt done, but rest of chair untouched. Would have given no stars, but actual sewing part of cushion was done to perfection, lining up pattern perfectly. Very disapointing! Apparently, the father is the one who does all upholstering. Son is very nice, but nice doesn’t get the job done. Really no excuse could be given. This was a real waste of time.
