Don’t go here! First of all the office is need of a major makeover. It is old outdated and feels dirty. I wish we would have got up and left after waiting 15 minutes past our appointment time. The real issue and reason I am even writing this is the so called «pediatric» dentist. Yes my child was being a tad resistant. If he would have tried to talk to him like you think a pediatric dentist would I think it would have been ok. The assistant held my child’s head still while the doctor proceeded to try to shove this metal retractor in his mouth. Meanwhile by child is looking at me so scared. I told the doctor at this point I didn’t want it to be so traumatic for him. He then decided he couldn’t treat my child. The doctor didn’t even give me a chance to try and talk to my child. This man has no patience for children. This was not my childs first dental appointment but was our first time at a pediatric office and our last since we will be going back to cincinnat dental services in Loveland.
Bottom line is the dentist is a mean old man who shouldn’t be working with kids. Why would you want to treat kids like that?
