This is a review of dinner. It is a prefixe dinner and dessert — no menu. It is harvested from their garden, and they serve local meat(typically fish). I don’t recommend breakfast unless you want a smoothie in a beautiful setting. The breakfast is a fresh buffet, targeted toward their resort visitors. Have realistic expectations… this is a yoga resort. They do not serve alcohol, but you can bring your own, with no corkage fee. Sit inside or out. Could be a romantic date, or just a change of scenery from Paia. It has a casual, yet elegant, plantation feeling. It is simple, but the food is excellent. I believe they have a newer chef, and you can tell he knows how to combine flavors and foods to compliment each other. They can do dairy free and gluten free options, along with vegan. We requested gluten and dairy free, and received a delicious filet of fish, coconut rice pilaf with macadamia nuts, fresh and zesty green beans and a sesame seed coleslaw that was phenomenal. The dessert was a trio of fresh fruit, tapioca pudding and a chocolate avocado mousse that would make you slap your mama!(Got that saying from a southern gal from Arkansas — ha!). Enjoy a walk around the grounds and sit by the fire pits before or after dinner. Check it out.
