Core Cardio Fitness is an awesome group fitness studio in Malden which offers Real Ryder cycling classes, boot camp, and TRX training. All the the trainers/instructors are so friendly & motivating, and Ashley is dedicated to all of his clients! The prices might seem steep at first but once you go & get the CCF experience you will see that it is worth it! All the classes are great, but the cycling classes really are the best around. If you like to cycle/spin, you will love the real ryder experience.

Core Cardio is an amazing place. The trainers/instructors, the classes, and the community are fantastic. They offer TRX(suspension training), Real Ryder Cycling, Bootcamp, Cardio Kick Boxing and Zumba! Even in the largest classes(about 12 – 15 students max for bootcamp) everyone gets personal attention, and the instructors are tuned into everyone’s different goals and fitness levels, and they care. They also have a running club that meets 3 times a week, 2 times the meet ups are local in malden, and on the weekends they do a destination run, and the club is made up of all different levels. The club also does local 5k and 10k races. I think the biggest thing that makes this place so wonderful, besides the amazing classes and fantastic instructors, is how welcoming it is, not only do the instructors care about their clients, the studio/running club members care about each other and support each other. This is an ideal place for anyone who wants to challenge themselves. If your looking to make a lifestyle change, and add exercise to your life, this is the gym for you. If your already in great shape and looking to up your game, this is gym for you. If you’ve always hated gyms and work out studios(I would fit into this category) this is the gym for you. I started at this gym just shy of 6 months ago. I was desperate to get into shape and fit into my wedding dress, I had 8 weeks to lose it, or they were going to have to cut my dress and remake it(read nightmare), in 8 weeks with the help of Ashley and everyone at Core Cardio, they had to take my dress in(4 inches in total). That was the first goal core cardio helped me reach, recently I hit another personal goal of running a 5k in under 30 minutes, so running under ten minute miles. I recently hit this goal as well, I ran a race that I’d previously run, but I dropped about 8 minutes off my time. In addition to all of that I have dropped 3 pant sizes, and lost 11.5 pounds. For my height and build I’m now only about 10lbs away from my ideal weight and I know with core cardio I will get there. You will not regret making the time and trying your first class free! You literally have nothing to lose.

What can I say… that the Instructors are DYNAMITE!!! Real Ryder class is definitely not like a typical spin class. I appreciate the family atmosphere that this place has, the Owner Ashley set the tone. They have TRX(Ashley), Boot Camp, Kick Boxing(Chonny), Zumba(Ana). Worth the money you spend, you get more out than you put in!

CORECARDIOFITNESSISAMAZING! AMAZINGCLASSES, AMAZINGINSTRUCTORS, AMAZINGSTUDIOSOYOUGETTHEWORKOUTANDFULLATTENTIONYOUNEEDTOACCOMPLISHYOURFITNESSGOALS!!! To the one bad reviewer on here… you get what you pay for. I would be happy to pay what they are requesting for classes there. 1. The attention and commitment they give you — AMAZING!!! 2. amazing workout you get!!! 3. not overcrowded and overwhelmed!!! Therefore the attention is all on you and not 30 other people! Signing up to guarentee a spot is the perfect concept! For those that buy cheap $ 20 memberships, you also get what you pay for such as 1. crappy machines 2. no parking 3. no machines available 4. no classes available 5. annoying muscleheads 6. annoying barbies walking around with full fledge makeup looking like hookers 7. not the attention you want Do I need to say more! I rather spend the extra money and have the focus on me. SO those who want an AMAZINGWORKING and ATTENTIONFROMAMAZINGINSTRUCTORS please at least try one class! I promise you will not be disappointed at all and WILLRETURN! They have all different prices ranges to fit your budget!

Looks like the owners or management of this gym have chosen to respond to my review, but after reading their comments, I still cannot figure out what their pricing actually is. The bottom line is this(& I’m really trying to help them out here because I think they have a good concept, but are applying it in a strange way) 1) Simplify your pricing and do what other gyms in the area do. i.e. charge a flat rate monthly fee for unlimited classes(if you charged $ 20 bucks a month for unlimited zumba classes, women would come) 2) Remove the requirement to sign up for classes online 3) Reduce your pricing. This gym is in Malden, not Wellesly. People go to gyms that are close to where they live. If Malden, Everett, is your target area, charging almost $ 100 dollars or more per month won’t work. 4) Forget about using these fancy words to describe the place(«niche» boutique”, etc, etc… women don’t care about that. They want group classes like zumba at a discounted price. They want to dance and sweat for an hour & go home(they have to make dinner, take care of the kids, etc, etc) they want quick in and out. This«gym» is two rooms on the second floor of a building. You’ll have to start small by building up a clientiele that will get you referrals, but to do this, you’ll have to bring down your prices(initially) and charge more as or if you become popular. You can’t do that yet(well you can, but in 6 months, you’ll be out of business).
