I was referred to this hidden gem from my orthopedic surgeon when I was diagnosed with both shoulder impingement and rotator cuff injuries(both incredibly painful making daily life very challenging). I had been to PT in the past and was worried this would be a similar experience of «no pain, no gain» with PTs who pushed me to the breaking point. COREPT is nothing like that! I saw both Dr. Sonia and Aaron(co-owner); they were incredibly thorough, sensitive and understanding. The first appt. was a comprehensive evaluation, with future appointments that included warm up exercises, comprehensive ones that focused on strengthening my muscles using all kinds of cool equipment, followed up by stretches they administered(my favorite part!), and heat or ice(they would determine which was most appropriate), and then take home exercise programs that we’re e-mailed with video links. PT isn’t fun, it’s hard work. But, COREPT actually makes it a great experience! Also, Wendy(PTA) and Darrian(not sure if I spelled her name right) at the desk are so sweet.

I have been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Canoni now for a few months due to an ankle injury and some hip and women’s care physical therapy. She has not only been extremely professional and helpful but additionally is a wonderful woman who I feel completely comfortable around. She has helped me to make a lot of progress with my ailments and serves as a continuously positive reinforcer– encouraging the best health and care for me at home and through other resources a well. The Core staff has been extremely considerate, personable, and caring. They have been very flexible with my schedule and always offer times that are most convenient for me. The location of the center is not too far from the orange line and is easy to find. My experience with Core Physical Therapy has been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone!
