Someone at this Salon is running a website Called THE​BEAU​TY​ONE​.COM — – DO NOT SHOP THERE! I ordered two products on Dec. 9th and when I hadn’t gotten a shipping notice I called and whomever answered the phone said «The ‘person’ who handles that just stepped out» I left my number to get a call back and was never called or sent an email regarding my order.

and I never received the product! And I wrote them 3 emails asking about my order and never got a response! I’m going to have to call the BBB and report them and call my credit card company and get them to refund my money. Ugh. :-(STAY AWAY!!!

This place is great! Usually can walk in and get great service nails, hair & products. Giavanni has been doing hair in Malibu for years and always gives consistent color cuts. I know the owner Bernard, who is lovely & always genorously donating to my kids school. Next to Malibu yogurt & Starbucks.
