This company is horrible! Everytime I’ve interacted with them it’s been nothing but a hassle. They are rude, unprofessional and even though I own my condo — they could not be more disrespectful and certainly have no regard for the customers they are supposed to assist — they have a slum lord mentality. They fabricated charges to add to my account and since they didn’t respond to calls or correspondence I had to drive to their office hoping to resolve the issue and although I saw Dan Monahan the manager in the office — he refused to assist me and neither would anyone else so the secretary was sent out to turn me away by saying someone would contact me regarding my account. Since I had wasted enough time I made the mistake of leaving and of course no one ever contacted me so I had to contact my attorney to resolve the problem. No one that I’ve spoken with who have interacted with Dan or his staff has ever had anything good to say. I’m amazed that this company is still in business.
