Roberts is great. They have an entire room, which could have been a store in itself, full of Carhartts. They have an entire room, which could also have been a store in itself, full of boots of all the brands I am looking for: Red Wing, Sorel, Wolverine, etc. The main room has the standard Army Navy clothing lines, but with mostly the quality name-brands like Levi’s and Woolrich. It’s not high end, but it is pretty complete and functional. Prices are exactly what would be expected, in a good way. I would definitely make a trip here again when looking for quality clothes that survive.

I was shopping at Roberts for 50 years since I was a Kid. I would even go out of my way to buy from a local store instead of a large chain. I purchased some things that didn’t fit and when I went to return them and was told without a reciept could only get«Store Credit» I explained to the clerk that I had purchased them the day before and I did not have the receipt. I then picked up my goods and proceded to leave. The clerk said sorry that’s our policy, and I told him it was my policy not to shop at a store with such policy’s. When I got home I tried to call«Manny» the owner who was not in and left a message for him. However he never returned my call. I really liked Robert’s and I still do. The real kicker here is I didn’t want store credit all I wanted to do was exchange my clothes for the proper size, but they never offered me that option or returned my call. Even though I like the store I won’t shop at a store if they can’t accept a return intelligently. I don’t think they earn my buisness. That’s my policy!
