She is a fun loving person who really does not care about her work. As a client, I was very disappointed. Her knowledge of the small city was very limited. Her social skills are poor. When asked a question, she acts as if you are the dumbest person to ask a question like that.

Here are some guidelines for working with her:
1. Keep your contract period short. With me she she set up a longer period (about 6 months) and sold my place a few weeks before her contact expired.
2. Negotiate commission. I paid her a full service commission price and did not get what I expected from her.
3. Make sure she will be around. She left the country right before my closing. Turns out the person she left in charge was not licensed and was at a wedding on the day of my closing! I got an email from her a few days later with vague details on when I would get the check for the sale.
The good news is she did sell my place, but the price was dollars above our bottom line. Not much value added here.
She was smart and boxed me in a corner with her contract. I asked her for part of her commission back because of my displeasure with her service levels and she referred back to her contact. She got me!
My only option became writing this review so others don’t get worked like I did.
