Wonderful after hours service on a Saturday night. Our pet had an urgent, but not critical, condition. The staff was extremely nice. The Dr. was very thorough and gave us good advice. She made no attempt to upsell us or make us do anything that wasn’t needed before we could get to our regular vet.
If you have to go after hours, please remember they triage your pet just like any other Emergency Room. That means you may not be taken in the order you arrived. We waited for two other patients who came in after us but clearly needed attention more urgently than our pet. And that was just fine.

The VRCC is as good as it gets. If you need PT for your dog or cat, go see Kim, she is lovely. My dog has had continued issues caused by the VOSM in MD with her TPLO procedure. Dr. Schneider is amazing and seriously cares about your pet. I also had my cat put down here and they were so caring, they even let me hold her while they put her to sleep. Amazing staff, service and doctors!

My miniature doxie has had 2 ivdd surgeries here. Wonderful outcomes each time. The staff is phenomenal and truly cares about you and your pet.
Dr Schneider and dr Clarke each did a surgery on my Chloe which was a Godsend. Chloe runs around the yard chasing squirrels each day.
The PT by Kim Darling aided in a speedy recovery and was the best thing after the surgery.

Everyone at VRCC is so wonderful. Great Vets, techs, admin staff etc. everyone is always so happy to see you/​your pet and are genuinely concerned about what’s going on with your pet (s).
