If you are selling your home and Jill Etkin from Remax is the buyer’s agent, be very careful. We had a horrible experience; to the point that we are considering filing a complaint to the local Association of Realtors and possibly the New Jersey Real estate Commission.
We found her to be unprofessional and unethical. It is also our opinion that advice given to the buyers directed them to ignore a Use & Occupancy Agreement. We come to these conclusions base on comments made to our realtor and directly to me by the buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer will swear (under oath) that these comments were never made so it is our word versus theirs. That sentiment was echoed by the managing broker of ReMax (Kelly) who said, «It is your word against theirs». That might be true, but if you want my side, feel free to contact me.
