MP Copiers

MP is A+ in my book.
I purchased an HP7250 All In One wireless printer, copier & FAX about 3 years ago from CostCo. I got a good deal and the unit has been working great up until a few months ago.
I started getting all sorts of different errors and it would shut down. I would try the reboot and repeat and it would work again. And then start the same trouble all over. I called HP and got the ‘not so much help line’ and that was an hour of my life I will never get back.
An IT friend suggested I ‘google’ the error messages to see what might come up. One thing led to another & I found the Web Site for this place.
I took it in last Friday and got it back today a five day turn around. They charge a flat rate service fee of $ 100 bucks upfront.
If they can fix it with no additional parts or extensive labor it remains $ 100 bucks.
I got a call from the Technician, Phillip Proffitt. He told me what had happened and how to avoid having the same problem.
