I really like this place. I’ve been buying carpet from them for years and they’ve never done me wrong. Tony runs the place and he’s always tried to work with me to get the best carpet for my budget. They are very flexible and come out quick to install. Every job they’ve ever done has been professional and the work excellent.

I had all my bedrooms and living room carpeted. No real problems with that. I also had new hardwood installed on my stairs and landing. The landing was good but the stairs looked shoddy. They didn’t cut them to fit perfectly and tried to cover up their mistakes with lots of cocking. I also had them sand and stain my old existing hardwood floors to match the darker new hardwoods. They subcontracted this job out and it was a disaster. It took two different crews staining and re-​sanding 4 – 5 times to finally get it done. This severely cut into the life of my original hardwoods. Also they managed splash stain all over my door frames and some of my doors. I’m gonna have to eventually replace the stairs and hardwoods when I can afford it!!!

This review is long overdue as it should have been written more than a year ago after my Mother had purchased carpet for her house we bought in Bristow.
Alex, the owner, is very charming and helpful — as a result we trusted him to make a recommendation — BIG MISTAKE.
What she got was low grade carpet for a very high price. The carpet, after 2 years, is worn, stretched and constantly creates buckets of fuzz after vaccuuming. The fuzz is so bad that the air filters in her house need to be changed monthly. This is in a house where a senior citizen lives so would not be considered a high «wear and tear» situation.
Alex did help coordinate a visit by the manufacturer to see if the carpet was defective. They determined it was not. Obviously the problems are because the carpet he sold us is just low quality.
My only regret is that we did not question this sooner and take more serious action against him. And, for sure we regret buying carpet from him.
As a result I would NOT recommend this business and would encourage anyone looking for carpet to do your due diligence.
