Fashion Time

Had a minor accident with my watch band while hiking which caused my band to disconnect from the bezel. Fashion Time was able to repair my watch band and have me out the door in less than 5 minutes. Very affordable, and personable service too.

Excellent experience. I had 3 enamel coated bracelet watches and one ceramic bracelet watch that needed links removed. I also had one watch that I had replaced the battery myself but was unable to replace the stainless steel cap. He was able to take care of all of this in about 15 minutes for me for a reasonable cost.

A friend gave me a cuckoo clock to sell on eBay and one of the components was not working. I took it to Fashion Time and he opened up the clock and showed me exactly what the problem was. Though I ended up not using his services, since the cost of repairs was more than I wanted to pay for something I was about to sell, I was grateful to him for giving me the time and courtesy of his professional opinion.

A wrist pin on my watchband came out and I stopped by fashion time to see if they could fix it. The tech was on his phone and the counter guy tells me that they did not carry that kind of pin but asked to leave the watch for 10 min and he would see if the tech could do something. I left the watch and was back in 20 min. The counter guy tells me that is is fixed and it is $ 15. I got him down to $ 10. I had not authorized the repair and the charge was outrageous. I am sure that asking me to leave was a pre planned part of this third world scam.

Completely and totally awesome. The staff are fantastic and extremely helpful, they have a nice selection of watches, and they’re very quick with their repairs. I love them and go to them any time I need a new watch or to replace a band.

I visited Fashion Time upon the recommendation of a local jewelry store that advised that this is a great place to go for watch repair.
So I went in for a visit. My Citizen Eco Drive watch was in need of a new stem. After looking over my watch, I was advised that depending on what they found when they opened up the watch — the repair cost would either be $ 45 or $ 80 and change. So I opted for the repair.
I also spent some time perusing their watches — the Fashion Time employee mentioned that if I was interested in buying a new watch — I should consider one with a Sapphire crystal as Sapphire is more resistant to scratching (my existing Citizen has a mineral crystal — and thus is scratched up). He helped me look through their watch offerings but I could not find one I liked. Afterward, I found a Citizen watch with a Sapphire crystal online via Amazon that I ended up buying.
When my old watch was ready for pick up, they called me. I went in, had them adjust the watch bracelet on the new Citizen, he removed one link (they advised me on the phone when I inquired that there is a $ 15 charge for this) and picked up the old watch. The young man advised me he was not going to charge me for the watch bracelet adjustment — and my repair bill for the old watch was $ 45.
Good place to shop for watches and clocks, as well as get service on your timepieces!
