The worst customer service I have ever seen from a doctor’s office. They focus on making money rather than caring about patience. My insurance company claims that I owe only $ 6.15. I told Dr. Kriger’s office that processing insurance claims takes time, but they threatened me to go to collection because I was over 30 days late in payment. I had to overpay $ 240 and $ 10 late fee. I will never ever go to this office again and I do not recommend to anybody.

I have seen the doctor twice for some problems with my feet. The treatment has been fine and I like Dr Kriger and his PA they are both nice and professional. The office manager however is a whole other story. The first time I went she didn’t notice me in their small waiting room even after I had signed in and filled out the forms. That’s okay everyone makes mistakes. After waiting about 35 minutes I went to the desk and asked if it would be much longer. Oops she didn’t realize I was waiting. No apologies. She sent me back and the doctor took care of me. This time I needed an additional itemization for my flex spending account. Omg stop the train!!! She can’t get me that now. It takes too long, they’ll have to charge me, she has to type it, who’s my provider, she never heard of them and assorted such nonsense. She was totally unpleasant and did not listen to what I needed. Her customer service skills are non existent and I will take my business somewhere else.

Beware of this doctor! I went to this doctor four times last year. Two times for a wart and two times for a pulled tendon(platar fasciitis) in my foot. The doctor seems good with warts, but for the pulled tendon he had nothing for me. YouTube gave me more information than he could offer. The receptionist is an elderly lady that always seems to have something better to do than to help you. She was down-right militant about getting my insurance co-pay before I saw the doctor. She was terse and bordered on rude. But the real nightmare started 3 months *after* my visits. They lost all record of me paying the co-pays and started mailing me more bills. I called the office and told them this must be a mistake and she said that they recently had switched billing services and that the previous service had lost many of their records and then she said«not to worry, I’ll take care of it.» So another month goes by and I receive another bill! Same thing happens, «I’ll take care of it,» she says. This goes on THREEMORETIMES!!! Finally I get a bill with extra charges(Rebilling Fee and Interest on unpaid balance). I called several more times and emailed them but this time they got very rude and told me to pay up or they send the bill to collections. So I had to pay two of my co-pays again. I’m out $ 60 because of this doctor. Do yourself a favor and please do NOT go here.
