horrible place was looking into getting a new car and this place was no help at all and knowing that the car your buying has no warranty at all not at least for a 1000 miles then theres something wrong and makes me lose a lot of trust into the customer service for not being to honest with the me, cuz I would like to buy a car knowing whats wrong with it rather then not knowing.

Let me begin by saying that I am a young woman, and I am fortunate enough to say there have only been a few times in my life that I have discriminated against for being a woman. One of those occasions was at the Manassas Automobile Gallery. I drove by and saw a car earlier this week that I liked. I decided to call to see how much they were asking for the car. I had a male friend of mine call to compare prices. He was given a 35,000 dollar estimate, whereas I was given a 75,000 «negotiable» price tag. A 40,000 dollar difference is not acceptable.

Truck broke down after driving only 400 miles. Nothing was covered under warranty. After market warranty was useless. Cost me 2000.00 and a towing. Then 100 miles later the valve stem on one tire was so dry rot that is split costing a flat time. During all this I had to drive 60 miles to this dealer again for another 30 tags while the 2000 dollars in repairs were being handled. Then after all this I attempted to get the tags at the DMV to only find out the dealer didn’t make sure the title was signed correctly before handing it to me. They never even titled the vehicle. Thus, another 60 miles and my personal time to drive to get the title straight.
Im 48 and lived in the NVA area all my life. I’ve owned new and used cars. This by far has been the worst experience ever with a dealer. The general manager wouldn’t even listen to my displeasure. I was being respectful but did voice my feelings and was told he didn’t want to listen to it any longer.
In the end I wasn’t asking for much. maybe offer to help a little…200 dollars would have helped and made me feel like they did have concern as I was their customer. But not the case… never buy a vehicle from this dealer. I would never again.
