Great selection. Got good advice on which cigars to get. They even keep your last selections in the system for you so you can get the cigars you like. I don’t buy a lot of cigars, so I appreciate the little things they do to help me get the right ones.

Looking for fine tobacco products? This may be the place for you. The new location is definitely an improvement over the one in the mall. It does not have that low end smoke shop feel. This place has class.
The staff here is friendly and quite knowledgable. On top of that the prices of their many products are very fair compared to other similar shops.

My wife went here to buy cigars for my Father’s Day gift. They treated her rudely. I won’t spend money here again.

I am not a cigar smoker but went into Old Virginia Tobacco Co. to buy a gift card and some cigars for a friend. The location in the plaza is pretty nice. Inside is clean, filled with leather chairs and smells great, like good smelling cigars. The staff was really helpful especially for someone like me who had no idea what they were looking for. The cigars I ended up purchasing on thier recommendation ended up getting rave reviews from the person we gave them too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone from a rookie to an aficionado.

Old VA Tobacco Company (OVTC) is the other place in Manassas besides Hanadco to get a decent selection of quality cigars. It’s located in the Manassas Mall — which I have not been to in many long years — last time I was in the Mall — it was pretty run down. It looks like the interior of the Mall has been improved somewhat — but it is still lower down on the totem pole as Malls go.
Back to OVTC — decent selection of cigars — they have a walk-​in humidor, plus a couple of cases outside the walk-​in that are also climate controlled. I was looking for some Arturo Fuente 858s, but they were fresh out. So I opted for two Romeo y Julieta Exhibicion #3 and one Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Presidente. Neither the Exhibicion or Presidente have a Maduro wrapper, it’s a «natural» wrapper” which is a bit of a misnomer because none of the wrappers are «unnatural.» A pity, I prefer the Maduro as they are tastier.
Prices vary here — while the Exhibicion’s were $ 4.75 each, the one Presidente was $ 11.25 — a bit pricey for my tastes!
They carry a full selection of products: humidors, lighters, cutters, pipes and pipe tobacco, cleaning products, and so forth.
