This is for sure my go to spot to get my phone fixed from now on. Got there around 130 and was told that my cracked screen on my galaxy s5 will be ready by 4. Martin was the rep who serviced my ticket, he was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. Their prices were better than most in the area and the ability to walk in and get serviced was a blessing. Not looking to Crack my screen again but if it happens these guys are the only ones I am contacting. Go there ask for Martin and I can guarantee you will leave happy!

I stopped in after receiving a quote of $ 60 from a different store (mall kiosk) to replace my charging port. Went in and was greeted by Justin he took my phone and returned with the charging port working perfectly. Turned out it was just clogged with lint. Now that is what I call honest service. So if you want honest fast service this is the place to go. They have earned a lifetime customer. Thanks again Justin!!!

Iphone 5s screen and lcd broken. Fantastic customer service, ready before promised. Walked in on Sunday with no appointment. Promised 1 hour, done in 30 minutes. Competitive pricing, would definitely recommend.

This place was outstanding. I went there, initially, because I had placed my iPhone 6 in a drink-​cup holder I thought was unoccupied; it wasn’t. I was referred by a phone dealer to this store, which I had no idea was even there. I go in and explain what happened. Now, it’s 11 am on Christmas Eve, and these people, I’m sure, want nothing more then to go home to their families, but you’d never be able to tell. All three of the employees came out and greeted me at one point and were quick to attempt to diagnose another customer’s XBOX ONE issue as I was being helped – just awesome service. Anyway, they let me know that a repair, when it involves liquid, is typically a three-​day ordeal. I appreciated that honesty. I don’t have any hopes up and worst case, the phone’s broken, but I’m not charged the entire fee. Best case, they repair it in the three days I’m told liquid damage typically takes and it’s no more than $ 100. Apple wanted $ 300 to repair it. So I drop my phone off.
Not four hours later I get a phone call from Martin who hooked me up. Phone’s in perfect working order. My volume works again, there was no permanent damage (due in large part, they informed me, that I brought it in immediately – my experience may not have been so fortunate if I waited a couple days), and now I’ve got two working phones (I upgraded to a 6s Plus earlier).
The best part was that this all happened on Christmas Eve. Super stoked to know that this company is there, that they’re right around the corner, and that the people seem to be nothing short of awesome. I’m 100% appreciative of all of their help in such a seriously short amount of time on the day before Christmas. If I break anything else (they don’t do just phones – they service tablets, gaming consoles, laptops, etc.), I’ll make them my first stop. The faceplate on my Samsung phone was shattered, thanks to my darling 2yo daughter and her epic toddler tantrums. This store was recommended to me by the Verizon Wireless store on Liberia Ave. When I took it in, the man (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was very professional and courteous and assure me they would be able to replace it. It took about 45 minutes, so I just shot over to Starbucks (because God knows I need more excuses to go to Starbucks), and when I came back, it was good as new. He tested all of the touchscreen features and every inch of its surface to make sure it was a perfect fit before I paid. They also offer a military discount, which is always a plus.
