Do not use them if you are in a rush. They took nearly a week before providing me with a diagnosis. I had to make repeated calls to them for status updates. After the problem was defined, they were not able to find the part to repair my computer.(Even though they said they had ordered the part and were waiting for it to be delivered.) They took over three weeks from the time they found the problem until they finally concluded that they could not fix it. I certainly understand that some repairs are not possible, but the lack of communication from them and the need for us to repeatedly contact them for updates was extremely frustrating. Worst thing is that we are still without a computer one month later.

I have to give these guys props. The hinge and power jack both went on my laptop, and Best Buy said that a repair would take at least 2 weeks, so I went hunting for a computer repair place. Ace had some mixed reviews so I was a little uncertain, but tried them out anyway. I went in for a free estimate and was told the repair would cost $ 150 and take about four days. The man at the counter was incredibly nice and professional. Over the weekend, I called to check in about the status and another man answered the phone and he, too, was really friendly. Their customer service is flawless. It did take a week to fix my laptop, but it was an odd repair job and the guy took the extra time to make sure the broken part was not only totally secure, but that it looked good, too. He worked hard to do a great job, and even though it took longer than anticipated, I wasn’t charged a dollar more than my estimate. I’m so glad I went ahead and chose them for the repair. Months later my laptop is holding strong and I won’t hesitate to return if I have any other problems. The people at this business provide exceptional service and I recommend them most highly.
