I originally went to Dr Baroody after a bad car accident. Had tried nerve block, pain shots, months of PT, and traditional chiropractic. He was miraculous… Now it is 9 years later. He continues to up his game and increase the skills and maneuvers he employs. ART(Active Release Technique, mostly seems like a muscular thing) is amazing, but this is not the only modality Steve uses. This time I’d been diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis. I had been out of state, or I would have seen him first. Several other methods/practitioners had again failed… and yet again, I started feeling better WHILE Steve was working on me, plus he caught an additional problem that no one else had noticed. I am one of those people who will only go to ANY type of medical appointment if I really need to, so have only seen him off and on as needed– but that’s the beauty of it, he is usually able to fix most anything in 5 – 6 visits. This is one of those few practitioners where you notice an immediate difference, every time. Gold, pure gold.

I started going to see Dr. Baroody at the beginning of 2014 and it has been one of the better decisions I have made! I was always reluctant to see a chiropractor but Steve isn’t your typical chiropractor. He utilizes traditional adjusting when necessary, but his other techniques are effective and less ‘scary’ than some of the traditional ‘bone crushing’ the public may be scared of. Steve’s down to earth personality, matched by his attention to your medical history, and concern for your well being, make him the ideal candidate for reluctant first time chiropractor patients(which I was). The relief has been real, and the follow up ‘maintenance’ isn’t nearly as onerous as I used to believe. He accepts major insurance and has two coveted parking spots in an otherwise pay as you park neighborhood.
