Celeste’s Flower Barn

We used Celeste’s for my daughters wedding and they were outstanding! The centerpieces were very involved but they were perfect and they came down on a Sunday to do all of the set up. They were so easy to work with and very professional. The flowers were fresh and have lasted a, ing time. I will go out of my way to go back!

Love Celeste! I’ve gone here for flowers for friends and my sweetheart always goes to her to get flowers for me. Their arrangements are beautiful, unique, and exceed anything generic you’d find from a chain. My arrangements from her always last a while, too. (I’ve even bought wreaths from her that I get so many compliments on…) love, love, love Celeste’s!!!

After calling a couple local flower shops on Valentines day… Celeste’s was the only shop that could accommodate my request and get some flowers delivered to my wife that day and within the time requested. They were extremely courteous on the phone, very helpful, and the flowers were absolutely incredible. My wife loved them. Thanks, Celeste’s! It’s good to know there’s still some local shops out there willing to go the extra mile to get it done. You’ve certainly earned more of my business!

What prompted me to offer my experience at Celeste’s Flower Barn on Unilocal after several years is that first of all, I am a newer reviewer on Unilocal,and also because of the unfortunate set of circumstances that compromised the unique relationship between a customer and a florist. We must be able to trust that they will send what was ordered as most of the time we don’t see what was sent. I send a lot of flowers and thankfully, most of the time everything is as it should be.
I recently had a similar experience where a different florist (not Celeste’s) substituted a poinsettia in place of the table centerpiece I ordered and paid for. The only reason I knew about it was my niece, who lives in another state, posted a picture of the poinsettia on Facebook. The price listed for the poinsettia was $ 25 less than what I paid for the centerpiece, otherwise it wouldn’t have been so bad. When I called about this that florist apologized and refunded the difference plus 20% for the error. I was good with that and will do business with them again.

In contrast when the error was brought to Celeste’s attention (and I sent two of the arrangements, both were much smaller than described), they refused to make it right. If she would have acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund for the difference in size, I would not be putting a negative comment on Unilocal.I had to go through the BBB to get a refund. As they never acknowledged their mistake or apologized for all the trouble, I feel that I should make other consumers aware of my experience. No, I won’t be giving them another shot.
As I said in my first review, they do some nice work so my guess is everyone going to the shop for flowers will be satisfied. I only caution those who would send flowers. Just be very specific and be sure that you are getting what you ordered.
