Cold Springs Apartments

My fiancé and I moved into Cold Springs in October and so far we really like it. The pros for us are that it is very close to his work (there is an industrial park 3 miles away) and it is also close to route 30 and 83. We are in «the new building» which is maybe only a year or two old. You are allowed to have pets, but have to pay a large fee. Many people have dogs because I often see residents walking them around the complex.
The cons are that we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking around at all hours of the night. But this is only every once in a while-​not sure if their work schedule is different all the time or what is going on with them. I do not really know of another con of hand… however if I come across one I will add it.
