Dumpster Depot

We have accumulated a ton of junk. We rented a 15 cubic yard dumpster from them so we could clean out our garage and porch. The quote for the dumpster was good. The delivery was quick and easy (I called Thursday morning and they were able to deliver it Friday afternoon). Pick up was just as easy. We were over the 1-​Ton included weight (we expected we would be over). Since they charge only for the actual overage and do not round to the nearest ton, it was not an excessive amount.
I would use them again.

If I could give this business less than one star, I would. This is truly the worst company I have EVER dealt with, MAYBE with the exception of Comcast. Their customer service is a whole new level of appalling. My condo complex hired these crooks to do our trash pickup twice per week, and in the past six months, they have completely skipped countless pickups and have tried to charge us for them. There is ALWAYS an excuse as to why they can’t get the job done. One time, they said it was weather. It was raining. Not torrential downpours, just rain. And then there was construction on our street so they said they couldn’t get in to our lot. Well, funny – the residents are able to get in an out and various different entrance points – why can’t they? And trust me, we do not have a small driveway or anything that should have made it impassable. Almost three weeks ago, our trash pickup guy passed away, which was extremely awful and sad, but we have only had our trash picked up once since then. They claim there is no one else to pick it up. Trash is literally overflowing out of our dumpster. The residents at my complex are complaining to me, as I am on the condo board.
Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else but these idiots. They will not get the job done, and they will come up with every excuse in the book to not do it. You get what you pay for; maybe they are a little cheaper, but what difference does it make if they’re not doing what they are paid for?
We are looking into other options, but I felt I had to warn others considering this company – stay away!
