Dunkin’ Donuts

I go to this location on the way to work and every day at lunch. When Javon & Jose are taking drive thru orders and working the window I go back to work in a great mood… they are nice, funny and entertaining. Recently though the Assistant Manager… Kayleigh? Kayla. something like that has been taking orders at the drive thru during lunch… She is so rude, so nasty so vile that I don’t want to go anymore. Then when you make it up to the window there she is with dirty looks and a nasty attitude. DD RECOGNIZE YOUR GOOD EMPLOYEES. Obviously the assistant manager can’t handle the «power» of her position.

A friend mine whom I visit two or three times a year lives right around the corner from this place, but we rarely go there. However, the day before we had a Mac off the Mass turnpike screw up our order so we decided to go here the next morning before heading back up to Rhode Island (via the turnpike). First off I could hardly hear the guy on drive thru speaker and he hard time hearing me. I really had to amp up my voice. When I ordered he repeated the order back to me too quickly and I could not understand him. When we pulled up to the second window to pay it was a woman who took payment (I saw a guy in the background) and she repeated the order back to us. It was Sausage Croissant combo with large coffee and a bacon egg bage (asked for no cheese) l with a medium coffee. All looked good, but when my friend started eating his food (I was driving) he complained they put bacon on the croissant sandwich. I then had him look at the other sandwich and it was the one with sausage. I loathe fast food sausage (wanted the bacon), but my friend had already taken bite out of the other one because he thought it was his since I was supposed to get the bagel (without cheese). Usually I would not make a big deal out of this, but was angry because the female employeed specificially repeated the order back to us… and I still have the receipt which states one item was supposed to be a bagel! Order 437 at 6:53:50 AM.

This location sucks. Very lazy staff and whenever I have gone in the store there are flies or moths

The owner is trying hard to keep this place above expectations and standards. The both times I walked in, the store was clean and well kept.
Over the summer the parking lot was repaved and a year earlier, the exterior was totally rebuilt.
The team behind the counter seems to work well together, friendly and helpful. The donuts and sandwiches I’ve tried over the past 2 weeks were great but the taters that came with my sandwich were not desirable.

I think of all the DD around this is my least favorite location. There are 14 others in Manchester, so I recommend you hit those up before this one. Only time I go here is if I am on my way toward 84 east, since this is the only one I hit.
The location has a very dirty feel to it both inside and out. I never go inside because if I do I lose interest in eating the food I am about to buy, so I stick to drive through.
I think my most interesting DD moment took place at this one. I placed my order, paid and then waited a good 5 minutes and there was nothing. Finally the manager comes to the window and asks what I ordered and if I paid. While I am talking to her I see the girl who was helping me before walk in front of the car and the manager saw I looked confused and informed me she had just been fired, but wouldn’t tell me why. This definitely would explain why I needed to repeat my order, and was a little bit weird. I might have laughed about it if I wasn’t in such a hurry to get out of there!
