Great service and all the staff was very friendly. My girlfriend and I went on a very busy night and they were very quick going around with all the great meats. Highly suggest booking for a reservation, otherwise could be a long wait. Would go back again in a heart beat. Great variety. Great price

Gauchos was a very pleasant experience. We were a walk in n waited 30 minutes but thy had seating(manchester location). It waz clean and the staff were friendly. I purchased a couptopia deal n thy honored it. The buffet was awesome and the guys whom go to ur table to serve meat are happy to attend to you. Dessert n drinks were great. Live guy with guitar a little dry, but everyone has different taste in music. We attended with 2 friends n my fiancée for his bday dinner. My friend mentioned we were dining due to his bday n thy took it UPONTHENSELVES to return to our table singin n clapped n had a candle on his dessert. Closes at 9, n we were the last table to leave around 9:40, thy didnt mind at all, offered to take a group pic of us, n thy add gratuity tip to your bill as well. It was awesome, 5 stars across the board !!!

Have had so many good experiences here that I had to give in and give 5 Stars. Attentive service, great food at a good value. They often have Groupon deals which make the value even better. The fried plantains are wonderful, best I have ever had. Other than having to drive to Manchester and find parking there, I can find no fault. Please open one in Nashua area.

Gaucho’s Brazilian steakhouse was an overall disappointment, especially comparing it to competitor Fogo de Chao. Service here was quite slow. We ordered a round of Caipirinha’s, and they were awful. The drink is supposed to be made with cachaça, a sugarcane liquor. Every other place I have had one at made it this way. Gaucho’s made it with vodka, and the taste was awful. Total waste of $ 9 for this. The salad bar /buffet they have here is okay. There are not as many options as expected, though. Only two types of cheese, no smoked salmon, and the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays has more cold salad options. Some of the items didn’t even fit in at all with the theme of a Brazilian steakhouse. Further, no side items are brought to your table at all such as yucca or mashed potato or plantains as they do bring at Fogo de Chao. The grilled meats are the highlight of dining here and for the most part were good. They essentially keep bringing it by until you tell them to stop, cutting of slices of lamb or beef and serving pieces of chicken(wrapped in bacon), sausage, and salmon. Service, however, was lacking. There was no option to get your meat medium-rare vs. medium vs. medium-well, as other Brazilian steakhouses offer. So one piece of steak would end up being medium-rare, and then the next would be nearly well done. Additionally, we wanted them to return with more of certain items and it didn’t happen in a timely manner at all. For some reason, they kept bringing flank steak by, though. Overall, I’d don’t think I’d return here. I would rather pay a little more to go to Fogo de Chao and have a far better dining experience and better food.

My g/f and I were back in the area and popped in unexpectedly on a Saturday evening on a trip from Portland. We went to Gauchos 3 years ago and it was the first Brazilian steakhouse we have ever been to and loved it. We talked about Gauchos and how great it was for a loooong time. However, before we walked in the restaurant we saw a large banner advertising about their«lunch buffet» on the weekends for $ 8.99. We looked at each other and were slightly confused by it? We were greeted and asked if we had a reservation. We didn’t and was really surprised by the amount of people in the establishment. It was nearly half empty, on a Saturday night at 7pm! We were instructed about how it works, which we already knew. Salad bar was $ 16.99 and $ 29.99 for everything. The salad bar was not of what I remembered. It lacked different cold cuts of meat and cheeses. The chicken salad was also lack luster. No potato sticks on it. When looking through the roasters they were nearly empty and what wasn’t empty looked as if it was sitting in there way too long. The meat — was of low quality. The Lamb tasted bad, tough, old. Prime rib was over cooked along with the pork and chicken wrapped bacon. None of it was even close to being of good quality meat. They also stopped serving the rolls with cheese in them. The overall experience was really bad. The feeling I got when being there was like a Chinese buffet. The demographic has changed as well. People with cut off nascar shirts and backward hats?!? I spoke to the manager and she stated nothing has changed in 3 years. I didn’t believe her. Obviously something has changed here if you have a lunch buffet banner hanging on the front of the building along with poorly chosen cuts of meat. She did give the salad bar for free which wasn’t even worth $ 8.00 My g/f and I walked out in utter disbelief of how bad that place has gone down hill. It was such a good memory of being in Manchester 3 years ago. I guess nothing good lasts forever.
