I’ve only been once but was not impressed. The showroom floor was small and filled with what seemed to be a lot of outdated and overpriced styles. More importantly, I didn’t feel comfortable being followed around the store while I tried to browse. I understand the concept of sales and commission, but I also don’t like to be stalked while I shop with my family. I would have preferred a brief hello and offer for help, and then a little space to shop autonomously.

I’ve been looking for a couch; needing specific size for a smaller living space so I knew my dimensions, budget under $ 1k and style. I visited every furniture store in the area JCPenney, Raymore and Flanigan, Bob’s discount, Pilgrim, Puritan, Macy’s, Big lots and online sites which I finally excluded because I wanted to see what I’m buying. While most stores had options available they were poor quality. One couch at Pilgrim said it contained 23% of unknown material. Haha no joke. I wanted to know what I was buying.
I visited this store on 1÷8÷2015. I admit I drove by thinking they wouldn’t have anything but turned around. I’m really glad I went in. The store is immaculate. Everything is laid out well. I didn’t get pounced on by some creepy salesperson with pressure tactics. My sales person, Kylie, was great to work with. I explained what I was looking for and she showed me available options. I bought their Keller Sofa which was on sale. It arrived today, 40 minutes before the start time window — a miracle. I actually received two calls from La-​Z-​Boy regarding the arrival time. Pretty awesome. I watched the two delivery guys take the couch off the truck. It was packaged incredibly well and completely covered although it was not snowing or raining today. They brought it in, unwrapped, and I inspected it. The quality is great! Fit finish is perfect — no scuffs or scratches on the base legs. I would definitely recommend this store and purchasing a La-​Z-​Boy made in USA product!

Furniture was nice. Sales was not only low pressure, it was non existent.
