Very friendly staff. It was a gorgeous day but I chose to sit inside. There are plenty of beer selections at this place over 100 taps. I had the southern love quesadilla. It was very good with pulled pork, cheese and bacon. The Happy Hour drafts were a bargain as well. The only issue was that it is listed as a sports bar but only has local team coverage. I don’t blame this on the establishment though. Overall good stuff.

Food is good and typical pub like. Few Irish type dishes. One person in my group’s burger was over cooked the other was made correct. I love bangers and mashed and the mashed needed improvement. Many beers on tap which was superb!

Good location(especially if you are in town for a hockey or baseball game), excellent and comprehensive beer list, and typical pub menu. When the weather is nice, they have a good outside patio to enjoy. The service is good although sometimes its hard to flag down a server when you need a refill — they aren’t very proactive to checking on your drink. Surprisingly, check out the dessert menu here too. The bailey’s cheesecake is really good!

Beer selection is go. Save money on food and go somewhere else. Service sucks. Had a bartender poor a beer so poorly it was all foam and just gave it to me. Had to wait 15 minutes to see him again and tell Him to redo it.

Even though my experience here was from about 5 or 6 years ago I’ll never forget it as it was that horrendous and I still vow to never go back! My good friend and I had a business lunch together here. It was not too busy at all but the hostess took some time to seat us for some reason. Our waiter was the real issue here! He took forever to come over to even take our drink order(mind you it was not busy!). When he did come over finally he must have been having a bad day or something because he was completely rude and had an attitude problem. I used to be a server for a long time and feel I’m pretty easy going but this guy was really difficult to get along with. The food was great but part of my order was missing so I kindly asked if he could bring it out. He made a loud sigh and said«um sure whatever» and the missing item finally came out when we were done our meals so I just said to forget it. At that point he was visibly angry and said«oh my god, seriously?». I said«listen I’m not trying to give a hard time or anything but my friend and I have to go back to work so we’re not going to have time to finish it». He stormed off and took his time bringing back our bill so much so that I had to ask the hostess where he was since my friend and I needed to return to work. He brought the bill out and said«thanks so much ladies» in a sort of condescending way. To be honest we paid in cash and left him probably a 76 cent tip on a $ 25 bill but I’ve never had a server be that rude to me before and I think a tip is something you earn based on customer service. Even if the food was bad(which it wasn’t) or service was slow, if you put in effort and are friendly and nice that totally works for me! This is where it gets crazy! We walked out and he followed us and and yelled at us to keep our«shi*ty tip» then threw the change at us! It was unbelievable!!! I just told him he probably should change professions because this wasn’t the one for him and he stormed away! I called to talk to a manager as soon as I returned to my office because this was unreal. I’m sure this person is not there anymore and maybe we were the only ones it happened to but it totally turned me off from ever returning. Worst restaurant experience ever!

The food is still decent and they have a great selection, but the service the last three times has been some of the worst I’ve ever had. A bouncer gave some woman crap for bringing in a service dog. Note to management, it’s 100% illegal to refuse service to someone with a service animal. I hope that woman follows up with a legal complaint. The last time in we sat waiting for our food for 30 minutes and the surprised waitress said she had«forgotten we were even there». I «forgot» to tip we simply left for better options after wasting our time. Between pissing me off for how that woman was treated and the awful service, I am unlikely to return.

Terrific atmosphere, delicious food, and a kick-ass beer selection! I love going to Murphy’s especially in the. I’ve warm weather. Manchester has a terrific hangout here where the food isn’t too bad for a pub either.

Great outdoor patio set up for live music in the summer — we had a great time on our visit, and they had a nice summer beer selection. The food is a no go. If I head up there to see music in the future, we’ll eat somewhere else beforehand and stick to drinks on the patio at Murphy’s.

Love this place… It is always very busy and it seems I always get the same bartender Gregg Ford. He is like a local celebrity as he knows a lot of his customers by name and the crowd really enjoys his expertise. Its a fun place to head out for the night and Gregg sure does make it a lot of fun for his customers.

Beer: Let’s be clear about one thing. Murphy’s does have the largest number of draft selections out of any bar in NH. That’s not easily done and for that reason, they earn my respect. For this point only is why I give them two stars. Staff: They have a young staff who is generally slow and disinterested in serving you. I’ve had bad experiences and even during my better ones, the service has been been middle of the road. I usually only go to this place during Summer months because they do have nice outdoor seating. You wait and wait so make sure you’re not in a rush. Food: Sucks. Totally sucks. I’ve tried crappy nachos, turkey sandwiches, puller pork, hot dogs, chili and wings. All the classic(not too hard to fuck up) bar standards and they manage too mess it up. Atmosphere: It’s a young place that attracts a biker crowd at times. If it’s summertime, be prepared to listen to the sweet melodies of oversized bikes rev up engines and shake the walls of the building. Outside fights can be all too common during the wee hours of the night. Overall: Only go to Murphy’s for beer. You want beer and beer only. Then you will see the highlights of this spot.

Fantastic! Such a fun atmosphere and a hopping place! Excellent service from Nick who was more than willing to go above and beyond his call of duty. Even got to order a beer front he tap room that isn’t usually served on the outdoor seating area. Got to meet some locals too. Would recommend this place to anyone who is from out of town and just cruisin for a bruisin. The Mad Hatter beer is top notch

Great beer selection but the food is awful and what’s up with all the dogs in the outdoor seating area? There were literally 6 dogs when we were there this past Friday night and one patron had his dog sitting on his lap with his front paws on the table! Gross.

Definitely a place to go for beer… not the service nor the food. Stopped in before a Fisher Cats game for a beer and a bite to eat… and should have just eaten at the stadium. Overpriced and forgotten under the food warmer. I’ll pass next time.

I’m so excited to have a place where I can buy beers with my bitcoins. I’ve been to a few events here, and it’s an alright spot. I ordered a burger that was pretty good. Not much else is memorable about this place.

A pretty standard Irish pub. They have decent service, a wide selection of beers on tap, expansive indoor and outdoor seating(including an outside upstairs deck), live music outside during the summer months, and pretty standard pub food with some extras. That’s the downer: the food. It tends to be either decent or mediocre, but it isn’t cheap, so it’s way overpriced for what you get. I’ve also had improperly-prepared chicken a couple times. The real saving grace is that Murphy’s accepts Bitcoin. Whether you just came in from Europe and haven’t converted BTC to USD yet or you’ve been doing hard activism for crypto tips all day, you can spend your millibits directly here without having to change them. A huge plus in this new dynamic economy.

I recently hosted a high school reunion here and it went flawlessly. The coordination beforehand was easy — even when the contract had the wrong times on it, it was fixed as soon as we pointed it out. Our event was in the Backroom, and it went perfectly: — our DJ had great space to set up in — the room was divided by tables, but still easy to move around in — the tab was very easy to manage with the bartender — we got to use the pool table for free — the food was delicious — we went with mac and cheese, potato skins, chicken fingers, and veggies and we ate almost every bite — the staff helped us set up a nice table in the entrance for collecting tickets The price was perfect — no room fee as long as you meet an hourly minimum for food and drinks(which we were able to do with 30 people, easily). The drinks were also very cheap and tasty. Overall, great service, great location — would highly recommend for small functions where people are mingling. Even when the room opened up to the public, we kept dancing like we owned the place!
