I have been having shoulder and neck pain, and I have had 2 Massages with Lisa I have ready noticed a difference. I highly recommend her and very affordable.

Lisa is one of the best physiotherapist’s I have met. Really skillful and adjusts the massage to what is needed that particular day. Only been here twice, both times after a week of serious hiking, but no routine massage as far as I remember. Got those sore muscles loosened up, now ready to enjoy my last night in USA, before heading back home.
Lisa will surely be on my todo list, next time I’m in the area.

I had my first massage with Lisa a couple of days ago and it was great. She asked questions and did not make me feel uncomfortable. The massage was a mix of relaxation and deep tissue that left me feeling much less tension in my back and shoulders. I had my first visit with Lisa at Peaceful Strength yesterday after having been with another practitioner for several months. I must say Lisa is a breath of fresh air. She took the time to ask me good questions about problem areas, stress profile etc. She has a very nice, calming way about her that extends from her personality through the way in which she performs massage. For me massage is a necessity not a luxury for many reasons one of which is stress and and what it does to the body (elevated blood pressure, difficulty in sleeping etc…). I felt mentally and physically relaxed afterward and slept like a baby. I would definitely recommend Peaceful Strength and Lisa to anyone considering massage therapy.

If you’re looking for a simple place to get a customized massage, at a reasonable price, then this is the place. I have been going to Peaceful Strength regularly for about a year. Lisa has years of experience and she is incredibly knowledgable about massage techniques, body mechanics, muscle use and nutrition. Being an avid hiker, cyclist and tri-​athlete, it’s refreshing to have Lisa’s expertise with understanding what I need the moment I walk into the room. Prior to going to PSMT, I had been seeing a chiropractor & his LMT for over a year for back & hip issues caused from muscle tension. It helped, but was a quick fix and never really felt great. After a couple appointments with Lisa I began to feel real relief. More flexible and I haven’t had any of the hip pains that I had for several years prior! I continue to see Lisa for regular ‘maintenance’ massages, some are just pure relaxing, stress-​release; others she uses a combination of deep tissue and techniques to keep my body moving freely.
This isn’t a big fancy spa, it’s a quaint room in a medical office building, but it by far exceeds any over-​priced spa I’ve ever been to!

I went to see Lisa for the first time last night. I had a Voucher from Living Social. She was great. Asked questions before she started the message to find out what I liked and didn’t like. Had a comfortable but not overly «spay’ atmosphere.
Did great deep tissue on me, I feel great.
