I tried to make an appt for a pedicure & manicure as I got gift certificates for Christmas & Mothers day — I started calling in June for this appt & had to call 4 times before getting a call back from the manager. After calling for 2 months & getting a call back once I finally was so annoyed that I went in & asked for my $ back.
Took my $ 130 & went to a salon up the street. They had online booking so it took me 5 minutes to book & I’m so happy I did!!!
I also heard that this has happened to other people!

I have been trying to reach this place and left at least 3 messages with no response back!!! Perhaps if you are an existing customer you have a better time of getting an appointment??? Have pretty much given up on hearing back from this place and would not ever recommend this place to my friends based on this experience. =[

Dayna and Talia are fantastic. I have been with them since before they were at Silk Day, and actually followed them from the salon I previously went to after not being completely satisfied.
Dayna is who I see regularly. She is young and keeps me up to date on current trends. She does an awesome job with my color and always knows what I am looking for. She does a great job when it comes to squeezing me in, whether its the same day or week. She does a great job at cutting my hair and styling it. Everytime I go in I walk out with something different.
She does an awesome job giving me fun and youthful cuts, and experimenting with color.
