Soarin Indoors: 1 Stacee:0 I think the above says it all. Went in confident even though I didn’t know what to expect really. Was able to complete the lower level before a huge birthday party commenced. You need some serious upper body strength that I clearly lacked but I went through the entire lower level before realizing the course owned me. I tried to climb the wooden ladder to start the higher level and failed miserably. I wasn’t far away from the platform but I didn’t have the strength to unhook the clips and move them up. After taking a quick break, I felt determined to climb the rope ladder. A lot easier than the wooden ladder but still failed. I was so drained of energy by the time I got up there I didn’t finish. It’s a good workout, not what I expected in a good way and I WILL be back to conquer the higher level!!! Make sure you have upper body strength!!!

A+ We had an excellent experience here. We had a birthday party in one of the reserved rooms. There was 12 little kids, all around 11 – 14. It was very reasonably priced. We had to supply our own food, which is fine these days with everyones different eating habits. Our kids slept really good that night. Some of these are very challenging. I thought it was only for kids, but next time we go I am going to dress appropriately. Bring some comfortable gloves. They have a bunch of gloves there, but they are work gloves.

I don’t recommend this place for birthday parties. I had a horrible experience with upset parents and children because they did not allocate enough harnesses for my reserved party. Employers from this site told children that they could not participate in the activities because they ran out of harnesses. Who does that?!? Two kids were crying inconsolably. As a parent this upsetting and alarming to me. Where was the manager? Cleaning up vomit from a previous child that had thrown up at the entrance of the facility.(Shouldn’t the manager delegate this task to the new staff?!?) New staff were giving our party’s harnesses to the public instead of allocating it for our reserved party. Parents had paid in advance and had to just simply watch as their children struggled through the obstacle course with minimal staff for help and helpless because they did not have harnesses for adults too. Poor management at its best. Solution: Only open the place for birthday parties and close it out the public during that time. Buy more harnesses too. Lastly, this place is fun but it was not fun as a place to host a party because we didn’t even have a designated hostess to help move the party along. The staff was rude to my friends and family. Put it simply I will NEVER come back. Warning! Do not throw a party here until things change or you will have a stressful experience when it should be enjoyable.

Had a party event here with 14 energetic kids for my daughter’s 11 year old birthday. Dan and the staff were friendly, efficient, flexible and accommodating. There are two private party rooms, and the one we were in was clean and prepared, including long table set with tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups and plastic ware. Could have used an extra table along the wall. The lone table provided was a bit crowded with cake and pizza we brought along, which made gift display a challenge. Other than that, the room was more than adequate. All of the kids received a thorough tutorial about safety procedures before they embarked on the course. Attentive staff were present and engaged throughout the course navigation. They were watchful to make sure safety protocol was consistent. They helped expedite an especially congested course area by providing a ladder for quicker climbing. They also used ladders to assist anyone who wanted to get down off the course. Each child moved at their own pace, and the prevailing Soar Indoor philosophy is to allow each participant to move at their own comfortable pace. I have no arguments with this, but just know that everyone will complete the course at different times. As a result, traditional bday activities such as serving the cake and opening gifts were not able to be fully coordinated with all children participating. Given the uniqueness of the venue, the well prepared room, the attentive staff that underscored«safety first» and flexibly with schedule longevity, I rate the experience 5 stars. Well done, Dan and staff!

Great place to have some fun and get in a good workout. The staff is amazingly friendly, especially with kids. Good Value. Its $ 18 for adults & $ 12 for kids(i think for unlimited play, but really you’ll get tired before any time limitations kick in). My only gripe is that they are still new and working on the course, which has some bottlenecks for traffic flow, so it can get backed up on busy days.

So much fun!!! I brought my 7 y.o. one rainy day. They have a limited number of harnesses so when they run out you have to wait. This makes sense because you can only have so many people on the course at any one time. They spend a few minutes training you and you start on the lower course. It looks easy but it’s still challenging. I think it may have been easier for my kid:) There are instructors all along the course who will help and even encourage you. It took us about an hour to go through the lower course. Getting to the upper course was too challenging for my child but maybe next time. We will definitely be back! Only complaints: bathrooms weren’t cleaned and parking lot was awful. Overall the facility was clean though.

OMGOMG this was one of the most unique experiences I have ever had. I’ve not done a ropes course since high school. This one was inside! No elements to combat. I was completely comfortable with my safety the entire time. I was only able to do the low course, given that I am so out of shape. But it was challenging(for me) and super fun. I think the only minus I could give is that there were TONS Of kids there. Im not sure if it would be better if parents kept a better eye on their children or what. But I also felt that most of the kids there were also 100% safe 100% of the time as long as they listened and followed the prep instructor. Also, the folks working there were super friendly and helpful. It was totally worth the $ 20. for the 2 – 3 hours that I spent having a super great time.
