If you like sushi and are in the mood, they have a decent special. If you want some attitude that comes free along with some mediocre service such as water refill, reorder, and more tea. Recommended but bring your patience.

It’s sushi! On a conveyor belt! You can’t beat that. J and I came here Monday night with Stewart P. The place seemed practically empty for the most part minus a few wait staff and a couple of tables. We sat in a booth that was right next to the conveyor belt. It was neat seeing all the items go by. The plates are distinguished by color. For example if you get a green plate, it would be $ 1.99. If you got a purple plate, it would cost $ 2.99 and so on. You can order sushi in addition to eat from the conveyor belt or simply just order off the menu. Under no obligation do you have to eat from it. They offer bento options, a full sushi list, full entrée items, and salads. I ordered a ginger salad from the menu and stuff to eating from the conveyor belt. Stewart followed suit and Jason ordered straight from the menu. I got a heap of stuff. Unfortunately, since there were not many people at the place, they were not putting out new items onto the belt. There’s no telling how long the items had been sitting before we arrived either. They had an assortment of sushi, fruit, and Japanese drinks on the conveyor. I opted on getting the rainbow sushi, fruit, and a lot of other things I can’t remember the names of. Everything was good for the most part. I liked the concept of the serve yourself sushi. You don’t have to wait for what you want. As mentioned, there are the pros and cons. Quick service versus quality of the sushi. If it had been sitting out a while, it was not really that noticeable to me. Let me point out that I am NOT a sushi snob and am a frequent sushi eater at Chinese buffets just like I would be at a 5 star sushi establishment. I couldn’t tell the difference in quality unless it is just that obvious… you know, the smell that is fishy that reminds you of serious B.O. from the women’s’ locker room kind of B.O. Would I go again? Yes. I would recommend checking it out based on the whole conveyor belt concept alone because it is indeed cool. Service wasn’t half bad either. She was a good server.
