Installation people stole an iPhone out of my night stand table. They did not believe me and wold do nothing about it. They also smelled like they had been smoking pack after pack of cigarettes in the same clothes they hadn’t washed in years.

The owner, Harmel Sabourin, is a slimeball… plain and simple. Illegal business practices worthy of IRS whistleblower investigation. Turn, face the opposite direction, and run as fast as you can. Do not pay attention his TV commercials. Wishes you «a blessed day» after refusing to honor what his employees have promised upon purchase. A fast-talking, loud-mouthed excuse for a business owner. Corporate offices & President Dana Deem will be hearing from us.

New windows and vinyl siding this past fall. My house has never been so cold. Windows seem to be poor quality or not insulated properly because a cold breeze can be felt with hand. Also very sloppy job done leaving many nails in driveway and damaging bushes and landscape. Not helpful in resolving issues. Overall a very bad job.

I just wanted to provide an update to my review. I checked my credit card balance online today, and saw that Window World did issue a credit back to my card in the full deposit amount on the same day that I requested the refund. They did the right thing, and I am satisfied with the outcome, (i.e., getting my money refunded) but I will never do business with them again.
