Well, originally I was thrilled to find Mike via Unilocal.He lives close to my home and did a very job on the multiple things that were on my list. As far as I can tell, we left on good terms.
I had a few other things I needed done a few weeks after and called him and made an appointment. He called to cancel it citing an emergency but said he would get back to me. That has been some time now and no return call. I had to go elsewhere. So disappointed as he was the best I had known since my last repairman retired.

i bought a mini chandelier for our bedroom, but didn’t realize how difficult it would be to install. I found Mike’s number through Unilocal,and he got back to me right away. The next day, he was out and removing the old light and installing the new one. He did a great job with a difficult project.
